LETHYFEROUS

LETHYFEROUS
10 . WOLF HERD

It had already been several hours after Fleur and Hans decided to search for the Topaz clan. The existence of the clan was very isolated and according to Hans, no one knew their current location. There was an event that Hans actually wanted to tell the red-haired girl. Only, the other side of him prevented doing so.

The forest they were traversing grew darker as the sun had fully set in the western horizon. Low temperatures begin to penetrate the pores. Fleur grabbed each other's arms and rubbed them slowly, combing the cold that felt more and more horror. Meanwhile, Hans saw it. Her hand was eager to touch and rub the girl's back, but it was snuffed when she remembered Selena's curse.

Now, his blue eyes looked towards the sky. The goddess of night seemed to shine softly. New moon. The light was not so bright, but it was enough to make Hans and Fleur see the surroundings.

“You tired?” hans asked breaking the silence. “We'll be taking a break soon.”

Fleur nodded. His breath was already giving off thin air. “Why?” tanyakanya. “Is it just because I mate you, then you help me to this extent?”

Hans glanced at it for a moment. “How many times have I told you, Fleur,”. “If you weren't my mate, I'd do the same.”

“For what reason?” The girl slightly lowered her head, tightening her robe.

The blue-eyed man was silent. “Entah,” reply. “Maybe because I once had the same fate as you.”

In this instant, the hazel-eyed girl halted her steps and looked at Hans. The man who stepped slightly in front of him stopped and turned his head.

“Why?” the question is a little confused.

“Same fate?” reply Fleur rhetorical. “But ...”

Hans suddenly fell silent. He scratched his nape which was not itchy at all. “Iya, so it is.”

Fleur continued his delayed journey. “Have you ever been wasted? Did any employers dump you before meeting them?” he asked with his hands outstretched and probed into Hans's strands of black hair.

The man looked wrong. “A-what do you mean? I'm not a dog!”

Suddenly, the girl laughed. “Sorry,” said.

Hans could only snort in annoyance. He stepped back. “Dad and my mother died by the attacks of the witches. My entire clan is also burnt to the ground,”. “I survived because Zevanya.”

Fleur looked back at the man, trying to decipher every single code pointed at him from the glare of his blue eyes.

“I and Zevanya are close friends because the Zevanya family is devoted to my family. They worked as healers before, then developed their magic while already living with my clan,” continued

Hans. “But ... well, you know, there are a lot of people who don't like races like us. They are trying to control all the territory including where we live. And finally only me and Zevanya survived because our parents asked us to run as far as possible.”

“You ... very close to him huh?” fleur murmuring.

Hans nodded. “We're like sisters. You don't have to be so bad,” he said. “Zevanya once loved one of the Alpha from another clan and she was his mate. But the Alpha refused, and died. From then on, you know, Zevanya never loved anyone.”

“How about I reject you?” asked the girl suddenly, making their steps back to a standstill. “Are you going to die?”

Hans speechless. “Not until death,” he replied. “Most only sleeps for a while. Male werewolves need their keel as strength. If both of them refused, there were only two possibilities that would happen. Our strength is lost, or we will die.”

The two men sat at each other. Silence controlled the atmosphere that could not even guess the contents of each other's minds. Fleur began to understand how the outside world was so vast and wild. The other side of him justifies his late mother's words about the vastness of the outside world. However, for some reason, the more Fleur rejected him, the more he wanted to understand about the world he had never touched.

Imagine, for more than 20 years he was in his tiny cottage with various monotonous life paths lived. Fleur was easily bored. However, if it were not for Hera, women would surely perish if left alone and wander with the inhabitants of the other world.

Suddenly, a loud voice surprised the two of them. Hans swiftly held Fleur's arm, trying to protect the girl. His blue eyes sharpened until his iris tapered like the eyes of wolves in general. His gaze spread out in all directions, searching for the mysterious trace he felt.

“What's up?” whispered the red-haired girl.

Hans sniffed with his sharp kiss. “Bau wolf,” reply in whispers.

Unknowingly, Fleur tightened his embrace. At the very least, their skin did not come into direct contact and did not make the curse of Selena work on Hans.

For a few seconds, Hans pulled Fleur's arm and suddenly asked the girl to run from there after shouting; “RARI!!!”

They penetrate the forest that is getting more and more lush with thorny bushes. Meanwhile, the howls of the wolves behind the two were getting clearer and clearer. I don't know since when the wolf pack was stalking them and now it's chasing both. The black wolf with purple eyes was running very fast.

Just this time Fleur saw the color of those eyes. Most wolves only have yellow and black eyes. Only the blue that Lycan had like Hans was a minority race there. The girl repeatedly looked at the wolf behind her, then looked at Hans.

BRUCK!!!

“Ahhh!!”

“Fleur!”

Hans ducked down, helping Fleur so that the woman could rise. However, the wolf's footsteps drew closer. Until one of the wolves finally rushed towards them.

“EXPECTO!!” hans shouted while extending out one hand.

A blue light shot out rapidly from his palm to make the wolf bounce. Meanwhile, the other wolves stopped their steps. They howled and roared long, through the darkness of the night.

Hans was upset. Alone, and now what? He could have used his other talents, but what would the wolf colony want?

“You all right?” his tanyanya while helping Fleur stand.

The girl just nodded back. Teledor once himself. Just because of his curiosity in the color of the wolf's eyes then made himself stumbled on a rock and fell. So troublesome!

“Then what now?” tanyakanya. His hands tightly squeezed Hans' jacket.

“Oh, come on, I don't want to use it,” muttered the black-haired man. His blue eyes clearly shone brightly at this moment.

“Hah? Using what?”

Hans gulped down the saliva. A wolf attacked again and the man only called out the same word of magic as before. Didn't make the wolves hurt, because that's not what Hans wanted. Him

it's impossible to kill a brother of one of his own race, isn't it?

“HANS!!” Fleur screeched as a wolf grabbed from behind.

However, before he managed to reach it, Hans again exclaimed; “EXPECTO!!!”

Blue light repeatedly radiated from the man's hand. Hans squeaking. Enough energy is used. He should be able to get Fleur and himself out of there right now. The man looked at the girl nearby. They sat.

“I'm sorry,” said the man before finally doing something Fleur never expected before.

Blue light appeared around the two. The longer it gets brighter and the more it blurs the wolf's eyes. The light shimmered over the forest for several meters, before finally disappearing and eliminating

two people who touch each other before they finally disappear.
