Jared

He and I have known each other for a long time. He wasn't a quiet kid, back then. Even out of all the children of Mr. Diego and Mrs Aishe, the Elder was the most generous smile.

But his smile faded, as he watched his beloved sister drown. Also, how the mother had depression for up to a year.

For the sake of his wife's recovery, Mr. Diego ordered the father to handle the company for 1 full year. So that he can focus on the recovery of his wife while abroad. Mother and Aunt Emmine helped care for their three children at home.

Yes, this is a very long story if told from the beginning. However, Emely's death, was enough to make an excuse for Elder for all of his decisions.

Jared stood in the corridor. His two hands held onto the coffee glass, while his eyes focused on the bowed Elder after contacting Zavier.

There was no need to ask the reason, the doctor-titled man could already understand Elder's feelings. After all, they had already grown together for several years. Also, he was the one who understood the Elder the most.

Slowly Jared approached, without speaking and immediately offered him a glass of coffee he had just bought at the cafeteria.

"What Zavier said was right" Jared said suddenly. Though he had no idea what Zavier had said to Elder.

"Stop blaming yourself for that. All were pure accidents and we all could do nothing. Even if you also jump in at that time, they might lose you too."

The elder straightened his head, then looked at Jared without saying anything. Just be quiet, with a blank look, while looking at the words of his friend.

In silence, as well as the thought that started to fumble, the Elder suddenly recalled. A dozen years ago, when he invited his family to go diving together.

Luckily, Jared who noticed the Elder instantly made the man stir from a momentary daydream. Very forcefully, Jared floated his hand and landed quite firmly on the Elder's shoulders.

"Alright, Bro! There's something you need to solve right now, which is to figure out what's going on!" obviously Jared managed to make Elder aware.

"Samantha just called me and explained the situation before she just collapsed. I'm sure someone manipulated all of this into harming Beyza."

Jared's brief explanation made Elder think hard. Trying to guess who is the mastermind of all the events that befall Beyza.

"You think this is it? You said you had a fight earlier." continued Jared.

The elder remained silent for a while. Then take a deep breath and exhale it quickly.

Full night, Elder checked the state of the house that looked fine. There is nothing suspicious, or a messy situation.

Everything looks neat, from the living room, even his room or work space. Only the food storage area looks messy, with broken window glass.

Not only did he check the situation, he even checked the CCTV cameras. However, the camera was not focused on storage space.

But an incident in the living room made him pause for a moment. It happened when one of the security guards came in and talked to Rea.

Just for a minute, it looks like asking for something. Eventually Rea invited him into the house.

Yes, everything was recorded clearly. Up to 10 minutes later, the security guard was seen walking out without being escorted by Rea, or another maid.

Is there a conspiracy in this house?

Sunlight just greeted the eastern side of the earth. Slowly rising, illuminating parts of the originally dark hemisphere, without light.

But before he climbed higher, Beyza's eyes had already blinked first.

He who had been sleeping very well since last night, was suddenly startled after waking up. His eyes were instantly rounded, when he saw the figure of a woman sitting beside him.

"A-You, how can you –"
