Tonight, is Saka's first night as Koas Kardio on duty at the ICCU, intensive care space specifically for patients with heart problems.In this section we will face humans who struggle to maintain life for the sake of their families. Or it could be death.

"Hallo deck, please tell the nurse, the new patient from the room will enter the ICCU with a diagnosis of Chest pain ec. STEMY. Please be prepared. Thank you" replied the nurse's voice from the ER.

Derder... The sound of the gurney was clearly heard getting closer to the ICCU room, and was followed by the cries of the patient.
“Aduh, doc pain.. My chest hurts so much. Please me doctor!!”
“Dok, please father me!” Shouted a boy about 7 years old followed by sobs next to the patient's bed.
"Call me, we are ready to do our best for you" Sahut Saka patted the child on the back to give a little calm.
"Yes doc, please father," replied the boy still with sobs.
Then the gurney was pushed into the room and we immediately moved it to the ICCU Bed, then an oxygen mask was fitted, oximetry was installed, electrodes taped to the patient's chest and then connected to the monitor, and monitoring began. At that time there were 2 Cardiology Residents on duty dr. Fay and dr. Leon who Saka just knew. At first Saka thought they were nurses because they had previously pushed the patient's gurney, apparently they were resident doctors.
dr. Alfa and dr. Leon had a discussion and began providing therapy to patients. Saka faithfully observed the screams of the father's pain earlier. Too bad, even Saka could not bear to see him in pain, considering the father who was in Toraja.
Behind the bed curtain, the father only saw by crying as he pleased. Saka tries to get close to the child, and invites him out. From a brief conversation with the child, it turns out that the father, an unmarried man, raised the child for some reason. This heart attack turned out to be the third time. But this time it felt worse according to the child's confession. His parents will come from the village, but until this heart has not arrived. The little boy was still crying as much as he could, like there was more fear. Then Saka tried to offer Saka HP to contact his family, but the boy did not know the number. Saka just tried to calm the boy down and immediately went back into the room, to help the team doctor.

Her parents' crying is getting louder. After committing to life support in the form of heart massage (RJPO), the Resident began the action of heart massage.10 cycles of RJPO has passed, there is no sign of improvement. Saka also helped, alternating with residents to do RJPO. Without Saka realizing a panic made the clothes very wet, sweat even dripped onto the patient's body.
