Boooms....The collision was unstoppable but not Rayhan's car which was hit by a truck but Erny's car. When Erny's car pushes Rayhan's car forward past the red light limit to get hit by the passing truck, with swift and fast Rayhan stepped on the gas car until his car drove fast and Erny's car that pushed Rayhan's car at once also his car drove forward to replace Rayhan's car until his car was who got hit by that truck. Erny was killed immediately, while Rayhan's fast-moving car hit a billboard pole until it rolled over.

Rayhan was covered in blood, his hands raised trying to reach Eliza. "My wife....."Lirih Rayhan was limp to see Eliza beside him who was also covered in blood. Reza opened the steering door while Ron opened the side door. "You save Ray and I'll save Jolie" Ron told Reza. Reza manages to pull Rayhan's body out of the car.

"Jolie my dear sister hang on" said Ron slowly pulling Eliza out of the car door but suddenly something fell on top of Rayhan's car...

A billboard fell on top of Rayhan's car just above Ron and Eliza. Luckily the billboard wasn't so big that someone could quickly hold it back and not hit Ron and Eliza. "Hurry and get your sister out, son" Said Baron trying to hold the billboard that half part perched on top of Rayhan's car and the other half he was holding with his hand so as not to hit Ron who was holding Eliza.

Eliza faintly looked at the Baron who was holding the billboard with blood flowing from her gunshot wound.

Ron nodded. "Pa....." Lirih Eliza was unconscious. The baron immediately removed the billboard after Ron walked away from the car door.

"Well...." The baron tried to step over while holding the gunshot wound on his chest which was getting more and more blood flowing.

Two ambulance cars arrived.

"Pa...." Shouted Reza running towards Baron after putting Rayhan's thrust gurney into the ambulance. "We're going to the hospital, anything papa can still walk" asked Reza holding the powerful Baron who looked increasingly pale.

"Papa's okay, how's your sister Eliza?" Baron asked, with a face completely enduring the pain.

Reza turned his face to Ron's whereabouts who laid Eliza slowly in the gurney in the ambulance. "Eliza along with brother Ron, Papa's wounds must also be treated quickly" Reza immediately brought Baron into the ambulance Rayhan.

The two ambulance cars also drove quickly to the hospital leaving the location that had begun in the care of many police who had just arrived.

Three push-in vaults on the quick escape in the hospital hallway to the IGD room. The doctor quickly treated all three patients. Doctor Danu as the new leader chosen by Rayhan in his hospital also seemed to have just arrived to take care of the three patients.

After some time, the IGD door opened. "How are they doctors" asked Ron and Reza simultaneously stepped up to Danu's doctor.

"Sir Ron, what exactly happened?" Ask the doctor Danu stared intently at Ron, not answering the question posed by the two. "Does this have anything to do with you anymore?" Doctor Danu who does not know the relationship between Ron and Eliza a little provoked emotions, he thought Ron still intends to have Eliza.

"Sir Ron, please let go of the beautiful lady with Mr. Rayhan. Everything you do will only hurt her" Danu's doctor told Ron to understand that the handsome doctor still thinks he wants to take Eliza from Rayhan.

"You misunderstood the doctor" Sela Reza told Dr. Danu.

"Who are you? you don't know anything so don't meddle" said doctor Danu who somehow he was so emotional to see his two friends hurt in addition to seeing the situation Eliza who was pregnant was severely injured.

"I am the sister of Eliza the doctor" Reza said, holding onto Ron's shoulder. "And how could this brother of mine have also hurt his sister" Reza explained.

"What do you mean?" Now it's Doctor Danu's turn to feel confused.

"He and Jolie are my sister doctors" Ron explained, making Danu shocked to learn the truth. "Doctor how my brother Jolie, Rayhan and my papa are doing" Ron continued.

Doctor Danu immediately realized Ron's question and put aside his shock. "Mr Rayhan is not aware yet, we will move to the ward and will do further checks while for your papa, lucky that the gunshot wound is not too deep, it's not up to the vital organs and currently the bullet retrieval operation is underway by one of our doctors." Doctor Danu explained.

"For the Beautiful Miss, the baby in the womb must be removed immediately. Unfortunately the condition of the beautiful lady is very weak and still unconscious so we were forced to take a decision the only way is to perform surgery but...." Doctor Danu's pause seemed unable to continue his sentence makes Reza and Ron more anxious.

"But what doctor?" Just ask Reza and Ron.

"The operation this time will be very dangerous for the life of the beautiful lady and the family must be prepared to accept the worst possible surgery that we have done this time" said Dr. Danu who sounded so bitter.

"What does the doctor mean?" Ron asked emotionally grabbing the monkey clothes doctor Danu. "I don't want to know, Jolie my sister has to survive the doctor" said Ron, his eyes were already glazed while Reza had collapsed sitting on the bench patients can't imagine the worst thing happening to his beloved sister.
