50. Quarrelling

"Why did you say it was Ridwan?" Archi who had regained his consciousness squealed back Ridwan's words.

"You expect me to part with my husband? Huh yeah?" cecar Archi's.

"not expecting. It's just, it's the feeling of the person who loves you Archi. I have faith that you will not be together forever" Ridwan said seriously and confidently.

Archi was like being struck by lightning hearing Ridwan be able to say that with confidence. Archi froze in his seat. A few tears down her cheek.

"You evil Ridwan!" pekik Archi made Ridwan gasp.

"I didn't think you could pray that my marriage would end" Archi said.

"I'm sorry, mom-not what I meant, but...,"

"Even though I don't love my husband, that doesn't mean you can say that" Archi said, opening the car door and exiting.

Ridwan chases Archi out.

"Chi!" call her but it's too late that Archi who has stopped the blue bird-drawn taxi quickly enters her and closes the door. Taxi is on.

"Arachis!" furious Ridwan punched the wind.

"Siaall..why does the cave have to say that?" regret Ridwan while biting his index book.

"If the cave feels right, and the cave is sure it will happen," Ridwan said again as he walked into his car.

Archi wiped his still flowing tears. The driver watched from his rearview mirror.

"Tissue his deck," said Mr. Driver gave a tissue box that was on top of his dashboard.

"Thank you, sir," said Archi.

"Have a fight with her boyfriend, Dek?" ask the Driver.

Archi only nodded because there was no way he would explain more details to the Driver.

Archi again remembered Ridwan's words and immediately his mind was fixed on Agust.

"August..is it true that we're going to split up? Is it possible that you'll leave me?" thought Archi gazed out a dark window strewn with street lights and cars passing by on the side of the taxi he was riding in.

Ridwan arrived at his apartment. He walked to the elevator while carrying a Gucci paperbag.

"The cave is outrageous" thought Ridwan.

"Sir!" call Ridwan to Security who's running into him.

"Give this to your father's wife" said Ridwan, giving a paperbag to security and then walking into an open elevator.

"Alhamdulillah...What dream was I last night? Got expensive bags," said the security.

"My wife must be so happy about this. Can ask for a double combo ration," he said again walking to his guard post.

Archi arrived at his house. After entering the house, Archi immediately ran towards his room. When the door of the room he opened, he could see Agust was sitting on a desk chair studying was busy with something before he was shocked by the door that suddenly opened.

Archi ran over to Agust, his tears began to flow. He hugged Agust. Looking like a slow motion, Archi embraced Agust. The surprised Agust was pushed slightly back with his narrow eyes enlarged . Agust was stunned for a moment to find Archi embracing her all of a sudden before his hands curled up to Archi's back.

In his arms Archi was still sobbing.

"August.." said Archi painstakingly let out his voice between sobs.

"Please promise, never leave me!" pinta Archi's.

"Why Archi? What's up?" ask Agust who does not understand.

"Do you not promise?" tanya Archi, rewinded her body with both arms still coiled around Agust's neck.

Archi looked at Agust's confused face among his tears.

"Is it possible that Ridwan was right?" a huge tear ripped through Archi's heart.

A feeling of disappointment filled Archi's heart now. His body felt like a soft jelly. He no longer had the strength to sustain his grief.

Agust's delicate white palms wiped the tears that drenched Archi's cheeks. Archi raised his face which began to bow bitterly. His eyes opened wide to see Agust who was now smiling looking at him gently.

"I promise, God willing, I will never leave you. Whatever happens I will be with you, in the world to my afterlife, as your husband" Agust said.

A smile was made by Archi's lips while hugging Agust tightly.

Without them noticing, Mom and Dad peeked at them from behind the wall near the door that was not closed.

They embrace each other happily and are moved to see his daughter with the right man.

"Alhamdulillah ya Well" whispered Mother softly with a smile.

"Yes ma'am" replied Dad, leaning his head against Mom's head.

Brother came up the stairs. He raised his palm upwards, raised his eyebrows, asked with a body gesture.

"What's wrong?" her tanyanya just moved her lips without making a sound. Sis walked over to her father and mother.

Brother wanted to turn his head into Archi's room but Mother pulled him.

"Don't you bapeur see it." forbid mom with a soft voice.

"Mother aah." Brother's whine immediately shut his mouth as he spoke in a loud voice. They hurried down.

Archi who heard the voice of brother let go of his embrace. Agust shuffled the hair over Archi's head.

"Don't cry anymore, ugly!" guru Agust's.

"But.evil!" archi said wiping away the tears left on his cheeks while holding back a laugh.

Tomorrow at Archi's office...

Ridwan came to the office, he passed Archi's desk while looking towards Archi who was still angry.

"For Sir!" greet all who see Ridwan. Including Andini.

"Aren't you looking for Ridwan?" whispered Andini when Ridwan had entered his room.

Archi just silently looked at his computer screen.

"Are you with Ridwan?" ask Andini again.

"Well bought in branded bags you're even angry with Ridwan anyway Chi?"

Archi scratched the side of his head that was not itchy while scowling,

"Duuh.can be silent anyway. My head twists know!" archi answered while walking towards the pantry.

"Coffee is always reliable when it's for," murmured Archi sipped his instant coffee made.

"Arachis!" calling out the voice of the man behind him made Archi soar in shock.

Archi turned his head and Ridwan walked to his side, to the front of the coffee machine table. He started making his own coffee.

Archi was about to turn around, but his hand was held by Ridwan until his steps stopped.

"I'm sorry, Chi!" persuade Ridwan.

"I know, I was wrong. I shouldn't have said that. Please forgive me," beg him again, staring into Archi's eyes.

Archi stared at Ridwan's shimmering bead seeds with the plain look typical of his baby.

Archi grunted violently. He removed his hand from Ridwan's grasp and walked out of the pantry. Ridwan followed behind him. Archi turned his head and turned back in annoyance.

During a break at his cafeteria table, Ridwan joins Archi and his three best friends. Archi felt uneasy in his silence due to Ridwan's presence.

They both crossed the table. Ridwan behaved normally and made it look like nothing was happening to them. Archi just hung down that long. While Ridwan continues to steal a glance towards Archi as if persuading him to go back to make up.

At three o'clock in the afternoon. Archi went to the bathroom by himself to calm his busy mind thinking of Ridwan.

"But last night I was just relieved because of Agust. But when I confronted Ridwan again, my feelings became chaotic again" Archi said urgently entering the women's bathroom.

Archi washes his face in the sink. There's only her in the bathroom now. Archi looked at his face in the mirror.

When Archi was about to get out of the bathroom, Ridwan who happened to pass by to go to the bathroom guy suddenly grabbed Archi's hand, which he had, smothering Archi's mouth with his other hand while pushing Archi back into the bathroom.

Ridwan closed the bathroom door. Reversing Archi's body and then squeezing him leaned against the door leaf. One hand still smothered Archi's mouth and the other locked the bathroom door.

"Don't shout, if you don't want to get into trouble" Ridwan threatened in a soft voice. His eyes stared intently at Archi's eyes. Making Archi shudder in fear. His heart began to pump blood at full speed.
