Manhattan Courthouse New York
Nelson comes along with his client who was exposed to the murder of her ex-husband. The 40-year-old woman was charged by the public prosecutor with the death penalty for Nelson's client killing in an execution position, a shot in the back of the head.
According to the confession of his client with the support of reconstruction, it appears that his client is trying to defend himself from efforts perko*Saan.
"We meet again Mrs Miller, Mr Miller" Nelson greeted kindly as he shook hands with the couple.
"How about Mr. Blair. Is Laura free? A minimum of second-degree murder is up to no death sentence" Peter Miller asked.
"It's me getting a letter from the prosecutor's office that they're offering a new sentence." Nelson gave a letter from the prosecutor's office to the couple.
Peter and Laura Miller read the letter and both stared at Nelson. "What does he mean by prejudice? Laura doesn't need to be imprisoned but with prejudice (with prejudice )?" ask Peter.
"The meaning of with prejudice, at any time the police and the prosecutor's office can submit the case of Mrs Miller again to the court if there is a new clue. And I personally, am trying to file with the judge for the annulment of all charges without prejudice."
"What does it mean to cancel all claims without prejudice?" ask Laura.
"You are free from all charges, the police and the prosecution cannot charge you with murder because it is purely self-defense. I will submit this proposal because it can be seen from the reconstruction plus witnesses of your ex-husband's lover who also experienced KDRT from the victim. Only you and your husband's ex-lover know how the victim's signs are about to torture you! And no one knows apart from the two of you where it's exactly the same as the description" Nelson explains.
"I hope the judge can hear your request and my wife's, Mr. Blair. Who wouldn't defend themselves if they wanted to be treated like that?" said Peter furious.
"Hopefully."

Nelson gave an answer to a letter of offer of punishment from the prosecutor's office that his client chose to be free from all charges and without prejudice.
The public prosecutor requested that the decision be taken to the courtroom so that the judge would give the decision. Nelson agrees with his client as well.

"So Miller's case you're asking for acquittal without prejudice?" travis asked as Nelson reported the results of his meeting with the public prosecutor.
"Yes dad. Laura Miller was defending herself. Imagine dad, she was asked to come by her ex-husband who said he wanted to talk about their son. But what, her ex-husband intends to do s3ksual abuse and almost* her rape. And from the results of the reconstruction it appears that how Laura Miller tried to defend herself from the brazen treatment of the man! I don't pity to see him die!" furious Nelson.
"But Laura did keep a gun in her car, right?" ask Travis.
"Yes. This is New York, Dad. Laura's house was in the hard Brooklyn area at the time and she was carrying a gun for self-defense. He also had a shooting license and a gun. From the results of the NYPD investigation, Laura has never had any problems with the law except the few times she reported domestic violence from her ex-husband."
"It should be that if you look back, there is a history that makes Laura afraid because of the behavior of her ex-husband" said Nadya who followed the development of the case of her brother.
"That's her. Let's see the day after tomorrow's trial" Nelson said.

This morning the State v Laura Miller trial was held with the reading of each party's request. The public prosecutor requested that Laura Miller be sentenced without custody but with prejudice until one day, Laura could be tried and punished.
Nadya attended the court hearing, looking enthusiastic about how Nelson defended his client.
"So my highness judge, my client, Mrs Miller, only defended herself because her ex-husband, the victim, was already known as a torturer, she said, the handyman hit both Mrs Miller while still his wife as well as with her lover after my client divorced. I beg your majesty the judge, give a free decision from all demands without prejudice (without prejudice), because if one day Mrs Miller is prosecuted again, he said, I can't defend him from double Jeopardy. Thanks." Nelson sat down next to Laura who looked at the man with a bit of anxiety even though his face was smiling.
Laura looked in shock and then hugged Nelson gratefully after hearing the results of the judge's decision. All visitors stood as the judge stepped off the pulpit and members of the Miller family took turns hugging and thanking Nelson - especially Laura's two children who hated her father so much. They are happy that their mother is free from all lawsuits.

Nelson and Nadya finally came out together after completing all the administration for Laura who finally officially became free people.
"Congratulations Nelson. Great, could make Laura Miller free." Nadya embraces Nelson's arm while walking out of the courthouse.
"He should be free, Nad. Crazy ex-husband, so dark in the eyes, she can tear the zipper of her jeans Laura. Mas who was at the time of reconstruction, can only stroke the chest. How can there be such a jerk!"
"Much mas. I'm trying to kneel to a parent whose child is bullying. This is me asking for material and immaterial damages. I'm worried I saw his parents! Hello, your wealth is not at the end of his fingernails with the Blair family's wealth!" namel Nadya was upset.
"Why are you angry? Oh, because Omar Zidane canceled your dinner?" chuckles Nelson.
"That's one of them! Bang Pedro is indeed! He likes to ruin other people's plans!" sadang Nadya was upset.
"By the way, who's that?" goda Nelson's.
Nadya gawked at Omar Zidane coming at her.
"Nad, can we have lunch now? Make up for the delayed dinner?" bring Omar with a smile.
"You pay!"
Nelson laughed a little. Elementary !
"Yes, I paid" Omar replied.
"Here, lunch with Omar. I still have to see Marisol." Nelson encourages his sister to go with Omar.
Nadya approached Omar and the two got into the FBI agent's car.
