The Lost Ring

Hideo drives his car carefully as he sees Fayza's worried face. The man rubbed his wife's head with his hand still bandaged.

"No papa Kok Fay" Hideo smiled.

"Are you really papa?" ask Fayza

"No papa dear. You've just enjoyed the traffic jam" Hideo said.

Fayza nodded and enjoyed the streets of New York. Hideo wants to take Fayza shopping at Hudson Yards which is a bit close to their apartment. Fayza himself was given maternity leave because the content had entered the third trimester.

"Later if you're tired, let's just rest while ngafe." Hideo glanced at his beautiful groom this afternoon.

"Iya Hideo" Fayza replied as she stroked her stomach.

The black car arrived at the Hudson Yards mall and headed straight for the parking lot. Hideo took Fayza with his left hand and entered the mall. The man smirked when he learned of the two shadow bodyguards following them.

"Why Hideo?" tanya Fayza saw her husband smiling smirk.

"Your father really is! He sent two bodyguards behind us."

Fayza glanced in the direction Hideo pointed to. "Yes, that's Daddy's bodyguard."

"Fear that I'm why-why times?" grouse Fayza. "When I'm not papa, there's my husband too."

Hideo. "Yes his name is a father who must be worried about his daughter."

"But I can take care of myself!"

"You're pregnant again, Fay. Is it true that big belly that you fight with?" pendelik Hideo's.

Fayza laughs. "That's not Hideo either."

"We're looking for stuff for boys." Hideo holds Fayza's hand.

The two married couples immediately headed to a store that specialized in selling baby supplies and Hideo enjoyed how his wife looked khilaf buying various kinds of knick knacks for their son.

After paying, Hideo invites Fayza to eat at a restaurant. Hideo really spoils his wife even he invites her to a Cartier jewelry store after they have lunch.

"What are we doing here?" ask Fayza confused.

"Buy the wedding ring! Did you forget, your ring you threw away?" hideo Smile.

Fayza blushed her face. "I threw it away and went into the got, huh?"

Hideo nodded. "I'll change the ring."

Fayza. "No need to hideo."

Hideo's heart is breaking. Is it because you wanted to part with me, so you refused the ring from me?

"Why?" ask her with a slashed heart.

"Look, this finger is getting fatter. It would be a pity to be reduced again" replied Fayza while showing his fingers are fatter than usual.

Hideo's face turned to relief. "Are you not?"

"Later Hideo."

"Then I buy you a bracelet. If the bracelet is easy."

"It's up to you" said Fayza.

Hideo finally bought Cartier's love bracelet and immediately wore it to Fayza.

Fayza smiled seeing her wrist paired with an iconic gold bracelet from the famous jewelry company.

"Thank you Appa." Fayza kissed Hideo's cheek. "Mommy and Shinichi are very happy."

Hideo looked at his wife with love. "I love you Fay."

Fayza pressed her hand against Hideo's face. "Thank you."

Hideo just smiled thinly. Until when you won't admit your feelings, Fay. Although anxious because his wife did not return his love but Fayza's statement last night that said she still loved him, it was enough to make Hideo calm.

"Where else, baby?" tawar Hideo's.

"home. My feet are tired."

The two are shocked upon returning from the mall to see Ashley already in front of Hideo's apartment.

"Daddy? What's up here?" ask Fayza confused.

"We go in first Fay, then you ask your father" Hideo said as he opened the door to his apartment.

"Look Dad." Fayza held Ashley yange's hand to kiss her daughter's head.

"Happy shopping Fay?" asked Ashley who was sitting on the living room sofa after being invited by Hideo.

"Happy. I bought a lot of it because said Hideo can rob it. So me and the boy robbed the App" Fayza said.

Ashley saw a new Cartier bracelet coiled around her daughter's right wrist. "Cartier's Love Bracelet, Hideo?"

Hideo nodded. "Yes Sir. I was going to buy Fayza another wedding ring but she didn't want it because her finger was all fat so I chose to buy her one."

"On the ring..." Ashley pulled out a box of dark blue velvet. "This is your ring that Fay lost."

Fayza opened the blue box and was surprised to see her wedding ring there. "How did Daddy get this ring?" ask Fayza confused.

"We found it in the sewers and Daddy kept the ring. Oh, the GPS is still on, Fay. Oom Bryan and Jin Kawashima are already compact to make sure it works."

Fayza. "Seriously Dad's. I'm gonna have to use all the GPS!"

"Daddy just wants you to be safe because there's a rush in Seoul." Ashley looked at Hideo. "I hope you don't go back to Seoul or Jeju because many want to ask you to return to Silver Shinning. They are not satisfied with Lee Chan's leadership."

"I've not dealt with Silver Shinning, Mr. Sky. Absolutely! Because I have given everything to my successor who according to the voting results is Lee Chan. If you don't like his leadership style, it's a risk to change leaders." Hideo looked seriously at his father-in-law.

"You've really left Silver Shinning?" Ashley made sure to come back.

"Oath Mr. Sky. I'm more focused on Fayza's pregnancy and birth preparation than Silver Shinning's mafia clan."

Ashley nodded. "Daddy asked you to wear that ring, Fay. Hope your clan doesn't make it to New York, Hideo. Because if I get here, I don't guarantee that we don't fight."

Hideo looked dumbstruck in his bedroom window smoking. His mind wanders into the mafia clan that raised him.

"Did they dare come here and ask you to come back?" ask Fayza while sitting next to Hideo. The New York air entering this fall is rather cool and tends to be cold.

"Despite my courage, Fay, I will never go back there because I have chosen you and Shinichi." Hideo stroked Fayza's cheek with the back of his hand.

"Don't go back there again. I just want to live a quiet life" said Fayza.

"What does that mean, you're not parting with me, Fay?" ask Hideo.

"No idea yet." replied Fayza in a floating tone.

"Fayza ..." sizzle Hideo.

"And waiting for Shinichi to be born into the world, I decided." Fayza smiled at her husband.

"It's up to you Fay but obviously we don't split up because I want to be like Haris who helps Freya take care of the twins."

Fayza. "You hear that?"

Hideo smiled as he nodded.

"You hear anything?"

"I heard that you also still love me Fay..." Hideo approaches his wife's face. "So why would you want to part with me if you still love me?"

Hideo kisses Fayza on the lips and his wife replies.
