" You may rest, but you must fill your stomach. Then go rest in the upper room" Collete really wished Midori a speedy recovery.
" Thank you Collete" Midori clapped with Collete's kindness that allowed her to rest. Collete nodded along celebrating Midori's pleasure to rest.
The thing Collete hated the most about Marry's nightclub was the employees' rest hours that were sorely lacking. Because if one of the dancers is reduced, then there must be a replacement or overhaul the whole movement on the dance.
Midori has a real name Maria, Midori is one of the girls who works in a nightclub. She has a boyfriend who works at Marry's club. If Marry finds out about the relationship, then Marry will fire one of the couple. In contrast to Collete, the workers are happy for the kindness of Collete who let the relationship go as long as the couple is working professionally and does not interfere with each other while working. Collete is the "sister" of all who work at the nightclub while Marry is like a "stepmother". The workers liked Collete's opinion very much if they "got" to him.
Their lunch was all very happy. Sometimes they joke around with each other, sometimes they make love to each other. They feel there is no pressure at all if Collete is looking after the club.
" I want you to stay at this club, Collete." Sherry.
" I don't want you to leave. I want to leave you guys first. So don't protest Sherry" Collete said with a smile.
" You don't know what it's like to leave behind, let alone leave chicks like us. We're going to be very lost, Collete" Sherry said again as she chewed on food. The others nodded in agreement to Sherry.
" I want to continue my schooling, that's all." Collete shrugged his shoulders.
" You don't know how "stepmother" treats us. Far from worthy. We're just money machines to him." Baileys.
" You guys don't, he's a very nice guy" Collete defends Marry, because basically Marry's a very nice guy for him. Marry bought him a car and stuff.
" You haven't seen his true nature" Sherry said.
" Alright, I hope God shows it soon" Collete replied with a beautiful smile.
They continued their lunch peacefully. After eating they all prepare all the clothes and trinkets to perform later tonight. The girls are so excited to perform tonight because Marry is allowed to rest at home and not come to the club. They will be accompanied by Collete their "sister.
" Girls, it's time to rest until 08:00 tonight." Collete prepares to leave for a while, the plan is that he will go to the park. Collete wants to smoke, taking a break from his fake smiles at the club and its surroundings. Collette wanted to be herself for a moment.
Collete Scott arrived at the park he used to visit. A park away from his club, away from his apartment. Far from a city that never sleeps. Collete starts a fire to suck the nicotine out to start smoking. Inhaling deeply. Currently at 14:00 noon, it takes a half-hour drive to reach this park.
Collete sits on a white, slightly rusty park bench at the bottom. Probably because it is often exposed to rain. Busrak garden name that Collete often comes to, the flowers are beautiful. The air was fresh, many insects and birds were sounding making a rhythmic buzz. The sound of a nature orchestra that cools the heart.
" I have a flower garden more beautiful than Busrak." Said a man who suddenly appeared from behind Collete.
" Oh yeah? I thought Busrak was the most beautiful around here" Collete replied to the mysterious man.
" That means your journey is not too long. Not far away I mean" the man advanced forward, walked over and looked at Collete from the front now.
" If you mean to your house is a long journey. You're the only old one who can do this, let alone me." Collete said without further ado. There was a mocking tone to the way the old man spoke, so Collete just tried to reply.
" Ouch, that hurts a lot, miss." Oliver swings his hand and holds his left chest, like a heart attack. Collete only bobbles his head.
" I introduce, my name is Oliver Richman" said Oliver reached out his right hand intending to shake hands with Collete.
" I met Richman last night, I met Richman again this afternoon. How many brothers are you?" Collete thought the one who asked him to shake hands was France's older brother, or cousin.
" really ? maybe it's my son" Collete shook Oliver's hand.
" So you, her father?" Collete pointed to the side as if France Richman was beside him.
" Yup" Oliver's answer was brief. " It's good to see you" Oliver smiled.
" What do you need to look for me, sir ? or you're not looking for me?" Collete grinned like a horse.
" I'd like to invite you to my 50th wedding party." Oliver issues an invitation to Collete.
" Well, do you want me to sing?" Collete asked Oliver.
" Can you sing, miss?" Oliver pretended to be surprised.
" Yes" Collete replied as he sucked the nicotine back in. Oliver squinted his eyes watching Collete smoke.
" How old are you?" Oliver's really curious, Collete must be less than 20 years old.
" 100 years?" Collete answered by asking Oliver.
" 19 years?" Oliver chuckled at Collete's reply. Despite being more than 50 years old, Oliver's good looks can still be seen. His face was only adorned by wrinkles which kept him charming.
" Why is my age so important to you, sir?" Collete stomped on the rest of his small cigarette burning.
" Wouldn't it be rude if you keep asking the age of a woman like me ?" Collete shrugged both of his shoulders, now Oliver got 100% attention from Collete.
" Smoking is not good for your health, try it with a candy or snack. Snacks are usually effective for you." Oliver bobbing heads.
" You don't know!" Collete stood up to leave Busrak. His mood became gloomy from meeting Oliver.
" I'm sorry, miss" Oliver said as he held onto Collete's arm, holding him back from leaving.
" Listen, I don't want to make small talk like this either. But I have an event whose guests are important people. I want you to sing on my show, no matter what I pay, I don't care." Oliver pulled out the blank cheque he had signed. So it's up to Collete whatever amount of money he'll write, Oliver will pay for it.
Oliver puts the check into a tote bag carried by Collete. He knew that if he gave it to Collete, it would be thrown away. Collete forcibly releases Oliver's grip, then leaves Oliver in Busrak. Collete drives his mini-cooper to the club.
