“The man inside is dead. The man had long been diagnosed with Ischemic Heart disease. But why did he never do routine care, to make himself have to die at a young age,” said the Doctor explained a little.

Azzuri fell silent, his two footsteps felt heavy approaching the Doctor. Both shaking hands were now approaching the front of the Doctor's shirt. And floated a raw bogem.
