Widi and Rudy looked at Ratna who was lying on the hospital bed. They felt guilty for making Ratna shocked by their sudden presence. Widi cried bitterly to see her little daughter was now an adult. She grew up to be a very beautiful girl.

Evan looked at Widi and Rudy lazily, in his heart he still hated the two people so much. It's just that he felt a little unbearable to see his mother Ratna begging to be able to meet her daughter.

Ratna blinked her eyes as her consciousness began to recover. The first person he saw was the woman who had given birth to him into the world. However, he was reluctant to greet her because of the heartache that had long eaten away at his heart.

Ratna was silent, she was still reluctant to answer the apology of her mother. It hurts! That's what Ratna felt. Where has your mother been all this time? When she needs a mother to be on her back. When his own father ignored him, his mother never showed his nose.

When Ratna fought the rigors of life, her mother remained unconcerned about her circumstances. Even when she was humiliated by her brother and stepmother, no one cared about the suffering Ratna felt.

Only Elmira, a stranger who is full of affection and care about her situation. Ratna smiled wryly as she recalled the flash of living in her past.

And now what? Her husband-to-be is the son of a man whose mother has destroyed his household. Ratna will not be able to live with Evan. He felt very guilty for what his mother did.

"I've forgiven your mistake. So, I hope after this we do not meet again" said Ratna with emphasis. However, he could not look at his mother's face.

"Ra, why are you such a stranger? Why are you talking like that, son?" Widi was so sad to hear her daughter didn't call her mama.

"If no one wants to talk about it anymore, please leave here, please" Ratna said firmly.

Hicks ... Hicks ... Hicks ...

Widi was crying. Her heart was so sore that her own daughter kicked her out of there. Widi admitted that everything was because of her being too selfish. He had abandoned Ratna since she was a child.

"Ra, please forgive your mama, she's innocent. I am guilty of this. Your mother did not seduce me to leave my wife and children. But, I was the one who forced him to leave your papa. I who brengs*k, I who became a man is not responsible. So, forgive your mama," Rudy said guiltily.

"Originally you know, your mama has been trying to meet you at your papa's house, Ratna. But always blocked by your papa's new son and wife," continued Rudy bergebu.

All this time it was not intentionally Widi abandoned Ratna. It's just that every time he tried to meet his daughter it must be Dewi, Ratna's stepmother would drive him out rudely, and not bring him up with Ratna.

Rudy's explanation did not necessarily make Ratna's heart melt. He still could not accept that reason even though it was all a fact. Ratna still needed time to calm her mind. He still has a dilemma about his relationship with Evan.

"Sorry, Om. But, I really don't want to discuss that for now. Let me think clearly and use a cool head" complained Ratna in a soft voice.

Widi who understands Ratna's feelings, she invites Rudy to go home. Widi will meet Ratna tomorrow and will talk about everything in a family manner.

"Alright if that's what you want, Ra. For now, my mom will be gone. But, tomorrow mama will come back again and will discuss all things with you. So, please give me your address let mama come there," Pinta Widi pleaded.

With a heavy heart Ratna gave her address to her mother. Even though Ratna still loved her mother, she was still disappointed with what she had been through all this time. Ratna is aware that problems must still be faced in order to be resolved immediately. He does not want to run away from problems and only cause misunderstandings again.

After the departure of Widi and Rudy, Ratna was still silent. He looked at Evan with an unreadable look. His mind was very confused because of a fact he only knew today. I don't know what decision Ratna has to make. He was in a dilemma with his own feelings. On the one hand Ratna loves Evan so much, but on the other hand Ratna feels guilty and unworthy to be with Evan because of mistakes in the past.

"Why do you see me like that, hum?" evan asked in a soft voice.

"How about we just fail this marriage, Mas," said Ratna.

Ratna's words were like a bolt of lightning striking Evan's heart. He did not understand why Ratna suddenly said that.

"What do you mean, honey?" Evan looked at Ratna with an intimidating look.

"I'm sorry, Mom. I don't deserve to be with a man whose family was destroyed by my own mother." Ratna said with tears. He really couldn't imagine all that happening.

"Darling! Hear that! It's not all your fault. Did you hear your own explanation from my papa? Your mother is innocent, what's wrong is my papa. After all, it's all gone we should've forgotten that."

"But what about your mom? He's gonna hate me, Mom."

"Why do you hate me, honey? Because of your mama? Hear that! Your mama's fault has nothing to do with you. There's no reason for my mom to hate you. Mama I'm not the kind of person that involves linking an innocent person to a mistake. Especially just because of the blood relationship" Evan explained with both hands cupping Ratna's cheeks. He wiped away the tears that flowed down his future wife's cheeks.

"Remember! We are only victims of their selfishness! We are innocent! What is wrong is destiny because it has brought your mother and my father together at the wrong time," he continued.

Ratna was crying all the more, she was very lucky to get a prospective husband as good as Evan who could accept and forget the mistakes of his mother in the past.

"Thank you, Mom!"
