Charles looked at Gasendra and Raine alternately in confusion at Damian's sudden departure. Moreover, the face of the man seemed to want to kill someone that made Charles curious.

"Damian why Sendra?" charles was confused.

"Long story Charles.." replied Gasendra who was married to Gemma Bernardi.

"Is Damian okay?"

Raine held Charles' hand. "Eat first, I'll tell you later."

Charles looked at the hand Raine was holding. Honestly this is the first time the girl has made physical contact of her own initiative. Charles nodded and continued eating.

Raine Blair's Office

Charles follows Raine into his study with coffee and some snacks. The blue-eyed man could not escape the name of a snack. Raine just glanced at the judges seeing Charles carrying a paper bag containing the snacks he bought earlier in the cafeteria.

"Oh, my God, are you a snacker, McGregor?" chirps Raine.

"Hey, we riders need a lot of sugar, nutrition and snacks." replied Charles.

"And I'm not surprised if your body is still good because this run out must be to the gym" Raine smiled.

"Would you like to see my checkered stomach?" Charles Goda. "Let's compare that to Radhi's stomach."

"Yeahhhh? Don't!" raine panicked.

"Eh no papa... Do you want when we get married to see it?" Charles approached Raine. "I'm opening it now?"

"Mcgregor! What did Daddy say when he found out you undressed here!"

"Most dragged to the mosque to be married." replied Charles kalem.

Raine's shaking Charles' forehead. "Abroad! Daddy and Radhi are beating you up!"

Charles broke down and returned to the front seat of Raine's desk. "So Darling, what happened to Damian?"

Raine sat in his chair. "Mas Damian was forced to marry Reema Al Salman."

Charles seemed to have to recall his memories. "Princess Emir of Bahrain? The one we met? But Dam's not interested in Reema. I can see from his body language."

"That's it! Damian was never interested in Reema even though we were friends from childhood. Reema did have a crush on Dam from a teenager and I didn't expect my best friend to be able to force her father to pressure Oom Direndra into marrying Dam to Reema."

"Decades-old business. That cannot be denied by Oom Direndra because it can not only be a commotion between the Emir but also Bahraini power far above The Blair. We're talking about the country, McGregor. And we're just a family in Dubai."

"But it's like sending Damian to the guillotine (the fountain)! Does Reema not think that their married life will be like what?" asked Charles with disdain. "My love for you, Raine, I will approach you slowly. Because I want us to get married with love in it..."

"But me and you..."

"You must've had feelings for me, Raine. Otherwise, you wouldn't have told me about Damian. You must have kicked my ass and kicked me out of here. You can tell me about Damian because you trust me, Raine. If you believe, God willing, it will be more developed. I believe you, you trust me and the rest will follow..." Charles looked at Raine. "Now ask what is your heart? You trust me, don't you, Raine ? In what you're telling me it's the condition of your internal family that not everyone should know! I know how your family is so covering up if not fatal. Kind of like Hong Kong. Everyone knows the reason behind your shock."

"What do you mean McGregor?"

"You will not act if there is no reasonable reason and it must be done. Like Damian. He bets it all on the gambling table because Dam loves Oom Direndra and Al Azzam despite having to sacrifice himself. On the way there will be a 50-50 chance. Damian can accept the marriage or not."

"I told Reema to cancel her plan but she was stubborn and determined. For me, Reema turned into a selfish girl and in my family that ego should be number two...

"Raine, if people are already in love, all the ways will be done like me to you..."

"But not by forcing McGregor. I know you're in love with me but you're not forcing me to marry you now!"

"I honestly thought about it but will we be happy later? I want us to harmonize our feelings like old fashion. I want you to fall in love with me naturally... Raine, I think Damian has his own plan..." Charles looked at Raine seriously.

"Why can you say that?" ask Raine.

"Because if I were in Damian's position, I would make ABCD's plan to be freed from unwanted forced marriage" Charles replied firmly. "By the way McGregor and Blair are similar. We're the ones who advance, we're the aggressive ones, not the women!"

Raine was stunned to hear Charles's words. He recalls how Damian became a passive party while Emily, his aggressive ex-girlfriend. Damian seems uncomfortable with women who often forget about his nature. Men who pursue, not women although the present is a bit difficult but Charles and Damian both educated old fashion.

"The man was a Raine hunter, and that was his instinct" Charles said.

Raine only nodded confirming Charles' remark given how his brother-in-law the man was chasing his sister.

I hope Damian can annul the marriage.
