Sofyan who saw the incident in his cafe was very surprised to feel like he stopped all that but late, someone was already injured because of the security negligence of his place.

Pearl saw the collar of his stomach which is now still firmly stuck with a knife. Blood flowed profusely making himself freeze instantly, wanting to feel like he was screaming for help but his voice felt exhausted and his tongue felt faint when he wanted to say that.

"MUTIARA.." shouted Sofyan as fast as possible when he saw the body of the pearl begin to fall.

With a faint Pearl look at Sofyan clenching her body tightly, She started to faintly smile when she saw the anxiety in Sofyan's speech.

Sofyan hurriedly carried Pearl's body and fled to the nearest hospital as quickly as possible.

Actually Sofyan did not bring a driver but one of the cafe employees immediately offered to take Pearl and Sofyan to the hospital considering Pearl must have a friend in the car.

About 10 minutes, now they have arrived at a hospital in the city. Soraya rushed back to hold the Pearl and ran into the hospital shouting for help.

The pearls were brought into the ER room and were treated by several doctors.

"Family patient?" ask one of the sisters who came out of the pearl room.

"Yes sus, I'm his family" Sofyan lied.

Actually Sofyan did not want to lie but it felt like it would take a lot of time if he had to contact the Pearl family first, considering he did not even have contact with the Pearl family yet. For him at this time only the safety of Pearls only.

"Already sir, soon they will come" replied Dini.

"Father does not know yet, the doctor who handles Pearls has not come out" said Sofyan.
