Joshua left the room, King still confronted Kinan who had not yet opened his eyes. No matter how bad King was to Kinan, but he would not bear to let Kinan be persecuted, for more than ten years they knew each other and for the first time King saw Kinan's condition lying helplessly like this.

"King, I'm sorry, now I realize that you're the only one who understands me" said Kinan with tears that began to wet his face.

"Sorry Kinan, I don't want you to misunderstand my concern right now, I'm like this because I still consider you my best friend" King said.

"There's no one chance for me, I can't live without you King, since long ago until now, I've always depended on you." Kinan doubted so much, King patted Kinan on the shoulder trying to calm his best friend.

"If you had known it for a long time, I probably wouldn't have let my heart be stolen by another woman" said King, who had stood up from his position.

"I'll see the doctor for a minute, get some rest." King turned around about to leave, but suddenly Kinan pulled his hand and hugged King's waist very tightly.

"Let me hug you one last time" Kinan said as he cried as he pleased.

King could not resist if the situation was like this, the doctor said if Kinan should not be too stressed, inevitably King should be more patient with Kinan. King patted Kinan on the shoulder slowly, trying to calm the woman he once loved dearly.

From the doorstep, King and Kinan are unaware that Niana is already standing there, as Kinan hugs King. Niana's body felt extremely limp, her heart completely shattered at the sight before her at this moment.
