Apologies

In the morning Jennie woke up with a dizzy head, apparently she fell asleep in the living room. The stray cat meowed early in the morning, making Jennie's sleep quite disturbed. That was why his head was dizzy at this moment. The girl was so sleepy that she was lazy to wake up to just find out what the cat wanted.

"Meng, are you hungry?" jennie asked as she walked towards her little cat. The cat was apparently scratching the window curtains with her nails, where Jennie also heard the sound of another cat. Shortly after opening the window curtain, Jennie sees another cat of the same color as Meng.

"Ows... Is she your mother?" ask Jennie. The girl opened her window and let the cat jump towards her mother.

"Aws... You're so cute." Jennie smiled at the cute behavior of the two cats.

"Jinu oppa, look! Meng met her mother" Jennie chanted. The summoned man came out of the room with messy hair. He breathed a sigh of relief, which meant that he did not need to adopt the cat.

"Thank God, let them go" Jinu replied.

"No want! We keep both of them" said Jennie, who apparently won't get approval from Jinu.

That cute face was pouting along the way. Her mandi cheeks seemed to swell because of the face that was bent earlier. Just now Jennie and Jinu passed from a wild animal shelter house. Right, they finally left Meng and her mother in that place.

"Don't frown, I'll buy you ice cream after this" said Jinu, who is currently focusing on driving.

"You think you can bribe me?" Jennie folded her hands together in front of her chest while looking dejectedly at her lover.

"Yes, if not."

"Brown flavor. And strawberry... And vanilla," Jennie replied. The girl was still staring annoyedly at Jinu. "Es are extra large cream, and there should be cherry fruit on top of it" he continued.

"All right, what else?" ask Jinu.

"I'm not going to share it with you!"

"Well, you can spend it yourself." Jinu still seems relaxed, the man turns on the maps in his car to find the nearest ice cream seller.

"But you pay," added Jennie.

A few moments later, Jinu stopped his car. They arrived at a small ice cream shop.

"Hore, ice cream!" Jennie ran to one of the tables located at the corner. Jinu ordered what Jennie wanted, then he approached Jennie while bringing the requested order.

After finishing eating the ice cream, the two immediately rushed home. Jennie must rest for tomorrow's routine, and Jinu must also finish his painting for the show the day after tomorrow.

In front of the shop, a girl was hiding. Then he stepped up so as not to be discovered. A moment after going inside, the girl heaved a sigh of relief.

"What's wrong with you?" ask the shop owner.

The young girl chuckled. "It's okay, ahjumma. Oh yeah, Yoon invited me to meet today. So, I'll wait for him here."

The middle-aged lung woman in front of the girl looked at him suspiciously. "Are you dating my granddaughter?" telisiknya. The girl's face turned red, she shook her head. "No-no" replied the young girl.

"Eh, Cho Miyeon. Was it from earlier?" ask Yoon who just walked into the store.

"She's just arrived, hasn't even had time to order her favorite rasphberry ice cream."

The two people stared for a moment, making the grandmother even more suspicious. A smile etched on his wrinkled face, he turned towards the seat behind his cashier table. As he walked, he muttered; "My grandson is an adult."

Those skinny footsteps felt heavy. His heart was pounding incoherently, he sighed occasionally to relieve his nervousness.

"I don't know if I'm brave" she whispered softly, but the man beside her now showed a warm smile.

The beautiful figure pressed the apartment bell in front of him. His heart was pounding again, as if the organ was ready to jump from his body at any moment.

The sound of the doorknob was more electrifying to him. The girl panicked, cold sweat pouring out softly from her temple. From behind the exit was another beautiful figure. His forehead shriveled, as if wondering why the person in front of him would set foot in this apartment.

"Cho Miyeon?" the girl's lips whispered softly, she stared at the other figure beside Miyeon. He had never seen that man before.

"Good afternoon, Jennie. Can I talk to you for a second?" asked Miyeon stammered, even the girl now lowered her head as if she could not show her face.

"Could, please come in..." Jennie opened the door wide. Why did he suddenly become nervous. He just felt strange with Miyeon's movements. They never got along before.

A moment after sitting on the sofa, Jennie looked at Miyeon question markingly. The girl's long hair was even trimmed to short. There is one question that is now busy circling Jennie's head.

What the hell is going on?

Slowly Miyeon raised her face, looking at Jennie with a pushy look. His eyes were glazed over, even his face looked pale.

"W-what exactly is it?" ask Jennie. Miyeon's expression made her even more nervous, coupled with the unknown man who was now also sitting there.

"Why did you do that?" jennie asked with a cry that began to break.

But, Jennie thought she would still hate him.

"What's your excuse?" ask Jennie. He needed an explanation, and why should he be the one being slandered then?

"I'll admit it, Jennie Kim. I'm jealous of you, I envy your success and I feel unable to pursue you" Miyeon replied.

Time stopped at that moment. A number of statements were reverberated in Jennie's head. He remembers that Jisoo had said this, as well as Jinu who forced him to think about the perpetrator who had defamed his good name.

All of that was answered today. CEO Park Jinyoung is just a greedy person who attaches importance to money, while Cho Miyeon is the daughter of Cho Hyuna the owner of a bleuuberry fashion house. The boy wants to rival Jennie's fame and harness her mother's power.

As for Jennie, she has no power but can be a great success with her efforts. That's why it was so easy to get rid of back then.
