It means: "Suppose prayers from after the sun slips until dark at night and (set up prayers) at dawn. Verily the morning prayer was witnessed (by angels)." (QS. Al-isra: 78).

In addition, in QS Hud verse 114 also mentions the same thing:

وَأَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ طَرَفَيِ النَّهَارِ وَزُلَفًا مِنَ اللَّيْلِ ۚ إِنَّ الْحَسَنَاتِ يُذْهِبْنَ السَّيِّئَاتِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ذِكْرَىٰ لِلذَّاكِرِينَ

The Word of God QS An Nisa verse 103

اِنَّ الصَّلٰوةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ كِتٰبًا مَّوْقُوْتًا

It means: "Truly, the prayer is a time-determined duty upon those who believe." (QS. With Nisa: 103).

رَسُوْلٌ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ يَتْلُوْا صُحُفًا مُّطَهَّرَةًۙ

فِيْهَا كُتُبٌ قَيِّمَةٌ ۗ

وَمَا تَفَرَّقَ الَّذِيْنَ اُوْتُوا الْكِتٰبَ اِلَّا مِنْۢ بَعْدِ مَا جَاۤءَتْهُمُ الْبَيِّنَةُ ۗ

وَمَآ اُمِرُوْٓا اِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوا اللّٰهَ مُخْلِصِيْنَ لَهُ الدِّيْنَ ەۙ حُنَفَاۤءَ وَيُقِيْمُوا الصَّلٰوةَ وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكٰوةَ وَذٰلِكَ دِيْنُ الْقَيِّمَةِۗ

اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا مِنْ اَهْلِ الْكِتٰبِ وَالْمُشْرِكِيْنَ فِيْ نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خٰلِدِيْنَ فِيْهَاۗ اُولٰۤىِٕكَ هُمْ شَرُّ الْبَرِيَّةِۗ

اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ اُولٰۤىِٕكَ هُمْ خَيْرُ الْبَرِيَّةِۗ

جَزَاۤؤُهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ جَنّٰتُ عَدْنٍ تَجْرِيْ مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْاَنْهٰرُخٰلِدِيْنَ فِيْهَآ اَبَدًا ۗرَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوْا عَنْهُ ۗ ذٰلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِيَ رَبَّهٗ

" Sodaqallahul'adzim"
