Time goes by very fast. Days change weeks, weeks change months and months change years. Alech has not been found for four years.

Every month, Belle always comes to the Atlantic ocean just looking at the ocean and hoping Alech's figure appears from a distance.

Liana already has her own boutique and is quite popular with teenagers.

"Why that face of yours?" Belle looked at Billy full of probes.

"Bell, I'm sorry." Billy handed him a white envelope that read one of the London hospitals.

"What'sthis? You pregnant?" Belle teases her best friend.

Belle sobbed and hugged Billy after seeing the contents of the envelope.

"Why is this so?" Belle kept crying in Billy's arms.

"I don't know. I'm afraid of Bell."

"We do our best. Don't give up, you have to fight. Understood?!" Belle touched both of Billy's cheeks.

Billy has lymph node cancer. Seen there is still in the early stages, stage one.

Belle is very confident that Billy can still recover.

"Had Alech been here, he would've concocted medicine for you." Belle was reminded of Alech's greatness.

"Enough! Don't think about it anymore, I'll be sicker if you remember" Billy recounted.

The Pill who always came to visit Belle, made their relationship grow closer. He came to the hospital where Billy was for treatment.

"You need a break. Let me take care of Billy." Pill wrapped Belle's kebahu jacket.

"I'll sleep on the couch, you take good care of Billy." Belle patted the back of Pill's hand gently.

Belle lay on the sofa and fell asleep.

"Bell, I'm home. Ii'm sorry. It took me a long time to see you."

"Basins you shit! Where have you been all this time? I've been looking for you everywhere but you don't exist!"

Alech. "You miss me, don't you?"

"Stop stupid!" belle said annoyed.

"I'll charge you for the answer to the ring you're wearing." Alech glanced at Belle's finger.

"I won't say it. Know it? I take great revenge on you for disappearing for so many years!"

"Then it's better I'll never come back and collect your promise." Alech smiles.

"Breng sek! Goddamnit! Stop teasing me! Okay I'm giving up. I'll answer but please don't go again."

At once Belle realized from her dream because she heard a noise in the room.

"Are you trying to fool me? You're teasing Billy, aren't you?" Sean was very angry with Pill.

Sean is Billy's girlfriend. He returns to London from Dubai to hear Billy is ill and must undergo a short course of treatment.

"Sean, relax. Pill is our friend. They have nothing to do but friends. So stop talking." Belle explained calmly.

"I'm sorry, I'm too worried about Billy and my mind goes awry." Sean was embarrassed.

Belle got up from the sofa and stood by the bed. "Since you're here, please take care of Billy, I want to rest in peace." Belle's irritated face could not be covered anymore.

Pill and Belle walked out of the room.

"This pill it's time you picked Lily up from school." Belle reminded.

"Gosh, I'm almost late." The Pill walked with wide steps.

"I'm coming to pick up Lily, okay?" Belle chased after Pill quickly.

Pill nodded happily. "Lily must be so happy to see you."

Lily is the only child of Pill puppet, she is still eight years old. Smart and independent child. Belle really likes Lily.

"Father!" Lily ran when she saw Pill get out of his car.

"I'm sorry papa wasn't on time to pick up the princess." Pill holds Lily full of a father's affection.

"Belle you picked me up too?" Lily looks really happy to see Belle.

"I miss you, little princess." Belle kissed Lily's round cheeks in a fit of anxiety.

Others will think that they are a very happy family. But the reality was very bitter for Pill.

"Belle, I want to eat your cooking." Lily is spoiled.

"I will fulfill your request, princess." Belle pinched Lily's nose. "Let's go to the supermarket" he continued

The three of them went to a supermarket to buy food.

"Take whatever you like." Belle whispered into Lily's ear.

Lily rounded her clear eyes in happiness. He ran and took the trolley.

"Bell, please don't spoil Lily like this." Pill complained.

"It's okay, I just want to see Lily's sweet smile, so it's not okay."

the Apartment Pill -

After they enjoy lunch and Belle plays with Lily. Belle helps Lily with her homework.

"Mir ..." Lily called, but she hesitated to continue her sentence.

"Yes princess ..." Belle waited for what Lily would say.

"mrs ... Do you want to be my mother?" Lily's voice is very small but can still be heard by Belle.

Belle did not know what answer she would give. He tried to shift the topic, but to no avail.

"Yeah! I love you Belle." Lily cheered happily. He immediately hugged Belle and kissed her cheek.

"I love you too, princess." Belle hugged Lily with affection.

Belle enjoys spending time with Lily. Lily needs a mother's affection, it's obvious from Lily's behavior. Pill's ex-wife has never come to visit Lily since she remarried another man, and now Pill's ex-wife is unknown to them.

"Belle, I want to eat kebab lamb or camel meat." Lily chose the food menu for dinner.

"What about beef kebabs?" Belle suggested.

"But ..." Before Lily continued her words. Pill interrupted.

"Don't choose - choose food, you'll make Belle angry and won't come to see you again" Pill said.

"It's not. Lamb meat is not suitable for girls your age. If you grow up, you can eat lamb." Belle explained.

Lily smiled as Belle gave her an excuse. He nodded obediently at Belle's suggestion.
