Chapter 53. Evaporating Longing

Dean's sharp gaze pointed straight at Rex made the man shudder in horror. He knew he was wrong for not following the master's orders. 

“ Don't be mad at Mr Rex. Truly this is my request.I just felt it inappropriate to use the face of your late brother.

“ You know what huh!”

Dean yelled angrily at Mesa. But the girl was not really afraid. Mesa smiled at Dean. 

“ Alright, whatever if the master will scold me. but at this time you should save the anger of the master.the danger if you get angry later the stitches post surgery that you have can open. And it will hurt more than after the operation.”

Dean gawked at Mesa's every utterance while Ar who was still there just laughed out loud.

“ Looks like the handler already has Rex. You survived.”

Ar breezed out after saying that. Where Rex does not understand the meaning of the mafia king. But Rex could see that Mesa was really not afraid of Dean. Even Mesa helped Dean to drink even though the man refused. Rex was certainly surprised by what Mesa did. Rex chose silence. He slowly walked out of the master's room.

“ What's done?”

“ Done? Oooh about the man, of course, sir, I finished well. I'm sure he'll lose that difference. Or at worst he will experience paralysis from the stomach down.”

“ What exactly did you give him? And why you can get stuff like that.

Mesa did not reply, the girl just smiled faintly. No one knew that Mesa was actually a talented doctor. Because he was at the wrong time and place getting the girl caught in the black market of human trafficking. Dean himself also origin in buying Mesa in the dark market. For the important Dean he got someone as a tool for him to repay Baskoro's actions.

“ Where did you come from Mesa? What is your name.”

Mesa who was feeding Dean just silent and smiling, it makes Dean upset. When Mesa was about to feed the porridge into Dean's mouth, his hand was immediately blocked by Dean. Despite the pain, it turns out Dean's power is still great. Evidently Mesa grimaced in pain. Dean then took off his hand.

“ You asked my name sir? Isn't my name Mesa as you gave me,” Mesa said as she rubbed her wrists reddened by Dean. Dean snorted in annoyance.he threw his gaze the other way.

“ You'd better finish your meal soon. I'm sure you don't want to linger here, do you?”

Dean snorted in annoyance, but what Mesa said was true. For a few days he was tired of dying. Dean was forced to open his mouth to eat food that was fed by Mesa.

At the residence Jasmine and Elisha were both surprised to see the news that was going viral. They had not expected, the man they were so familiar with would be in the ranks of the hottest news. 

Although Jasmine knew what Baskoro was like. But Jasmine did not expect that the man could experience such a thing. Elisha was so hard of heart. He no longer felt sorry for what happened to his father.

“ Why did it arrive so yes,” said Jasmin slowly. He wanted to know what Elisha was responding to. 

Elisha's answer was in line with what Jasmine had thought. His daughter was no longer empathetic to his father.

“ Pray for your father El. As bad as that man is, he's your father. Pray hopefully by Allaah given hidayah.”

“ Yes bund.”

Alisa nodded in understanding. He knew his duty as a child was to pray for his parents. El recalls a time before all the riots in his life occurred.

Baskoro used to be an excellent father figure. El always prides Baskoro on his friends. Baskoro even always routinely deliver Elisha. Without Elisha knowing Baskoro's bad behavior has been going on for a long time. 

The disappointment of Elisha was certainly so great to his father. Even more so when he finds out that his twin brother died because of the insanity of Baskoro playing girls.

Elisha breathed a rough breath. He was lying in his bed. His eyes looked up at the ceiling and glared somewhere. 

“ Bang Izar, El Kangen. Try Bang izar still here.”

Elizar Eka Baskoro was the twin brother of Elisha. El and Izar, that is what Elizar said but very close. Elizar's sudden departure makes El's world collapse. And with Jasmine. At first, Elisha did not know the cause of the twin sister's death. But after the night's events, El finds out. Elizar died after finding his father cheating on him.

So right now Elisha was really very insistent on Baskoro. He did not care about Baskoro. Never look to hear the news about the man who has the status of his father was he reluctant.

El then rose from his sleeping position, he grabbed a picture frame on his bedside nightstand. The photo is of El with Izar.

“ Bang. if brother is here now will brother agree if I like the somplak bule man? I don't know exactly what I feel for Bang Ar, but I'm honest from earlier she kept thinking.”

Apparently all this time El always complained to his twin brother who had died. He felt relieved when he spoke to Elizar's photo. This custom was apparently done after Elizar died. And no one knows not even Jasmine. 

El carried the picture frame on the bed. He put it right next to him. He always felt that his brother was with him every time he told stories, just like today.”

“ Bang, I really miss you. I miss the same brother. El kangen bang.”

Elisha tergugu. This time not because of the problems faced or remembered about Baskoro. El wept because he missed Elizar the twin brother so much.
