Birds chirping welcome the arrival of the morning, as well as Aruna who smiled sweetly when she felt the warmth of the morning sun touch her skin.

Aruna then went to the bathroom to finish everything in there before then out of the room and move as usual. Aruna is not a dandy woman who takes hours in front of a makeup glass. It wasn't ten minutes for her to get dressed.

Just now Aruna qkan combed her hair neatly suddenly the door of her room was knocked hard accompanied by the sound of bi Ina screaming in panic. Aruna threw the comb in her hand and ran to open the door. It is not the habit of bi Ina to roll out her bedroom door.

"Non ,, Non , open the door !!!!" Bi Ina's voice sounded panicked.

"What's up, bi ?" Aruna asked softly though worried about seeing Bi Ina's face.

"Non ,, ne ,, , 'nek, take it to the hospital, '" said bi Ina in panic.

Hearing bi Ina mention grandmother, Aruna immediately ran towards the grandmother's room. Aruna's tears immediately flooded her beautiful face to see the condition of Sarah's grandmother. Without saying much Aruna immediately cut off the body of old grandmother Sarah and sat her down in the pushchair in the room and pushed her out of the room.

"Bi, please get me a cell phone and get scared in the room." Tell Aruna to take Sarah's grandmother out of the house.

Slowly Aruna moves Sarah's weak grandmother's body into the car and lays it down. Along with bi Ina running in a row. "Bi,, has grandma been like this all this time ?"

"The last few months have been frequent, non-, but not as severe as this." Honest bi Ina with a worried face.

'Oh my God, please save my grandmother. He's all I have in this world.' Inner Aruna stared at the white-colored wall.

A moment later a man came out of the room where Sarah's grandmother was being cared for. The man stared at bi Ina and Aruna alternately as if he wanted to properly ascertain the family of his patient. Aruna then stood followed by bi Ina.

"Sorry doc, this lady is Grandma Sarah's granddaughter." Bi Ina introduces Aruna so that Sandy's doctor does not drag on in her confusion.

"O ! Come miss, come to my room." Doctor Sandy immediately passed from Aruna's presence.

Aruna followed the doctor's footsteps. Aruna did not realize that her hair was still tied, even though her clothes were neat and her face looked fresh, but for some people who passed by her it looked strange in their eyes. The humans do not know how panicked Aruna saw the health condition of Grandma Sarah when last night still looks healthy.

"Please sit down, miss ," Doctor Sandy invited Aruna to sit in front of her after they entered her practice room.

"Thank you, doc ," said Aruna smiled stiffly. His worry still dominates him until the smile was very difficult.

"Include my name, Sandy, the doctor who handled Miss Sarah."

"I'm Aruna, doc. Grandmother Sarah and thank you for helping my grandmother," Reply Aruna welcomed the size of the hand of doctor Sandy.

"So what should I do, doc ?" Tanya Aruna limp.

"Pray miss. That's all we can do for now. The condition of your grandmother's body does not allow us to do surgery. We don't want to take any chances if we force ourselves to perform surgery." Reply doctor Sandy helplessly.

The age of Sarah's grandmother who is no longer young plus her physical condition is inedible age makes Sandy doctors afraid to do surgery. Moreover, heart surgery is not a small operation that only takes a few minutes. People whose age is still young with excellent physical condition and stamina should still be considered all the risks that are likely to occur especially after Sarah's grandmother with physical conditions that are not possible.

Doctor Sandy took a few deep breaths. He did not know what to do to help the elderly woman who became his regular patient.

"Overnight my grandmother was fine, how could she have forgotten to take her medicine ?"

"It should have been three days ago for her regular schedule for her consultation, because the medicine must have run out and there is a drug that must be renewed according to her heart condition."

Aruna lowered her head when she heard the words of Doctor Sandy. How could he not know the health condition of his beloved grandmother. Aruna felt guilty, only tears continued to flow soaking her beautiful face.

Three days ago, Sarah's grandmother didn't leave the dinner room. She complained of fatigue but Aruna never expected that her grandmother had heart disease. He only knew if the health of Sarah's grandmother was not like when she was young.

"Okay doc, I'm sorry." Pamit Aruna was not excited after a moment of silence and Sandy's doctor was finished with his explanation.

"Please miss. After Sarah's mistress' condition allows her to move into the treatment room then she will be transferred and I will monitor her directly." Doctor Sandy's words calmed down Aruna's feelings a little.

'Beautiful.' Doctor Sandy's mind smiled broadly.

Now Aruna is in front of the IGD room where Sarah's grandmother is currently. Aruna sat down and leaned her head against the pole that was right behind the chair she was sitting on. His eyes closed while chanting the best prayer for the healing of the grandmother. The sound of his cell phone forced him to end his prayer.

"Assalamualaikum pak ," Sapa Aruna slowly.

"Waalaikumsalam, you didn't forget, right our meeting this morning ?"

"Sorry Mr. Restu but I'm in the hospital right now." Aruna said with a trembling voice.

Aruna indeed forgot his meeting with the company director of PT. Glo_Tech and some company executives. When he saw the condition of the grandmother unconscious, all Aruna forgot. Only Sarah's grandmother was her top priority. He was considered unprofessional and even fired from the company. Aruna will accept all that as long as the only family he has back healthy as before.

"What hospital ?" Tanya Restu panicked.

Arion who was nearby froze while looking at Restu anxiously. Realizing that Restu turned on his phone loudspeaker so that Arion and the others could hear the reason for Aruna's absence.

"Healthy Care, sir." Reply Aruna quivered.

Aruna held back her sobs so as not to make Restu worry. But in reality it was not only Restu who was worried, Arion was the most worried and anxious person among them.

"Call Grandpa and Arista !" Arion's orders then ran out of his room.

Lisa who was conveying the needs of the meeting can only see the reaction of the director. The boss had suddenly changed since Aruna's arrival in their office.

'What is the relationship between them really ? I have to find out from the senior employee.' Lisa's mind stared at Arion's back which was getting further away.
