Ricky rushed Rena to his hospital. He felt anxious to hear the groaning of the wife who was so bitter. Fortunately Mama Mira woke up when panic hit the prospective father.
Ricky drives his vehicle at high speed. The quiet midnight atmosphere made it easier for Ricky to make the trip to the hospital. Arriving at the hospital, Ricky immediately carried his wife.
"Suster, Doctor, or whoever please!" ricky shouted with his wife still in her arms.
Medics carrying gurneys approached the young couple. Ricky dropped Rena on the gurney. Rena hugged Ricky tightly, as if she did not want to separate.

"It looks like Renata's mother is about to give birth. Now it's opening five, very quickly for the birth of the first child" said the doctor who examined Rena.

The baby boy has started to turn blue. There was no sound of crying following his birth. Therefore, the baby boy was immediately treated by a pediatrician and placed in an incubator.

"How are Rena and your children?" ask Aunt Soraya. She knew she had a twin granddaughter because she was suspicious of Rena's huge belly while pregnant.
"Rena just went to bed after picking up Kyren" Ricky replied.
"Kyren, what brother is sister?" ask Aunt Soraya again
"Si's older brother, Tan. Adek can not drink directly because his weight is only 1400 grams. For a while still in the incubator, drink it using a special tool," explained Ricky sad even though he had tried hard.
Aunt Soraya's lips rounded to form the letter O, then nodded in understanding.
"What's her big brother, Rick?"
"2400 grams, Tan. But healthy so can ASI directly to the mother," replied Ricky.

Soraya who was stared intensely was wrong, so decided to stand up to greet the two men who had just arrived.
