Stella was peeking outside a Japanese restaurant in one of the malls. He deliberately did not go inside and wanted to know first how the face of his date was today. When he heard the incoming message, he immediately opened it.

Stella's watchful eyes scatter all over the restaurant to find out where the man named Nicho is.

"Stella's."

The call shocked Stella from her focus. He immediately turned around with a slight jump and rubbed his own chest in shock.

"Sir Lecturer TMII!" his screeches.

"What are you doing here?" adrian asked his eyes.

"Me, I'm just going for a walk" he said.

"really?" adrian looked around Stella. "Only?"

Stella nods her head making Adrian even more suspicious. Stella glanced slightly into the restaurant and wide-eyed to see the man wearing a blue hoddie.

'Oh my God, it's Nicho why his face is like a cake mill, a lot of carvings on his face.' Inner Stella.

Adrian followed Stella's line of sight. "Oh, on a date?"

Stella immediately looked towards Adrian and shook her head immediately. "No!"

"Don't lie, your taste is unique as well" Adrian mocked in a mocking tone to make Stella upset herself.

"No!" stella chuckles in annoyance and passes away leaving Adrian. Adrian just smiled and walked after Stella.

"Thank you for the phone dong, I thought he waited too long," Adrian's tease made Stella snort annoyed.

"Why do you keep following me?" ask Stella.

"Indeed why? Oh I know, you're ashamed well because I'm here. All right I'm going, happy date," Adrian's tease clearly showed a gel smile that made Stella upset half to death.

Without a word now Stella is following Adrian. "Why?" ask Adrian.

"I want to go home!" Adrian just chuckles at Stella's attitude.

"Dear Stella, this is Mama making cookies" said Thalita approached Stella who was sitting in the family room while opening the albums there.

Stella smiled at Thalita who was sitting next to her and kept a tray of cookies and drinks on the table.

"That's a photo of Mama's childhood," said Thalita made Stella more enthusiastic to open and look around.

"This is Leonna's sister and Leon's sister Ma, it's funny to them," Stella cheered when she saw the funny-looking photo of Leon and Leonna.

"Yes, that was when they were 2 years old."

"Sister Leon is already handsome from childhood well Ma, is this what is called handsome from birth?" stella's question made Thalita chuckle.

"Aren't you curious about Adrian as a kid?" ask Thalita.

"Well, where's Ma?" stella asked enthusiastically.

"A little while, it's on the other album. It belongs to the twin all," said Thalita took a small album covered in black gold.

"This is it." Thalita shows a photo of Adrian as a child.

"Emm," he muttered, taking the album and flipping through each sheet.

"This, Huahahahahahaha" Stella's laughter exploded instantly. "Oh, sorry Ma, is this really Mr Lecturer?" stella asked pointing at the portrait of a fat boy with a pelontos head, he looked pouty with a mouth full of food, adorable wait.

"Yes, Adrian used to be fat, different from now." Thalita spoke softly.

'I didn't think Mr. Lecturer looked like a boboho, ' Inner Stella.

Stella walks into the room and sees Adrian working on something in front of his laptop. Adrian glanced at Stella for a moment and refocused on her work.

Stella walked slowly towards Adrian with a smile on her foreskin. "Bushy Mr. Boboho," Stella taunted with a smile of ridicule made Adrian stop his movement and looked at Stella with a twitch on his forehead.

"Who?" ask Adrian.

"Why are you?" ask Adrian.

Stella pulled out the portrait she had been hiding behind her back. "That?"

Adrian immediately stood up from his seat and walked closer to Stella who was immediately on standby to retreat. "Where did you get that picture?"

Stella moved both of her eyebrows up and down with a sneering smile. "uchhh adorable, hahaha."

"Stella give it back!"

Adrian chased after Stella who immediately ran up the chair by lifting the photo high in his hand. When he jumped on the bed, along with Adrian who managed to reach Stella's arm, but Stella's body was unable to hold Adrian and even screwed until their bodies both fell into the bed.

Adrian's body was directly above Stella and their eyes were fixed on each other. The two stared at each other for quite a while and finally both laughed out loud.

"I didn't expect Mr. Dosen to be similar to boboho" he said.

"Stop mocking me" said Adrian, rising from the top of Stella's body and sitting next to her as well as Stella who was awake. "I'll get your little picture too."

"Then let me keep this, then" Stella said, showing her the photo in her hand. "It's very adorable" he added, accompanied by his piety.

Adrian just smiled. "Whatever." The answer.

Instantly Stella's phone rang loudly making her move to take her phone.

"Yes Ma,"

"....."

"W-what?" hearing the clap from Stella made Adrian look at her. "Well, you're not lying?"

"...."

"Naani's." Her tears flowed gently down her cheeks.

"What's wrong?" adrian asked as Stella hung up on his phone call.

"Naani's in the hospital," he said.

"We're going to the hospital now" said Adrian, who was taken by Stella.

They arrive at AMI Hospital and immediately go to the ICU room to see Naani Stella. Arriving there, they were immediately greeted by Stella's father and mother.

"Mama, how's Naani?" stella asked with tears that did not stop flowing.

"At the perksa Doctor," he exclaimed.

"But Naani why?" tanyanya back.

"Naani had a heart attack earlier," said Mama Stella. Adrian without permission went straight into the ICU room and participated in checking the condition of Naani Stella.

While entering, Adrian saw a doctor was spurring the patient's heart to provoke his heartbeat.

"How's it?" adrian asked the doctor to look at him and slightly rubbed the sweat on his temple.

"His heart rate is getting weaker" he said.

Adrian immediately checked the condition of the patient's pulse, then he performed CPR by pressing the patient's chest with both hands resting on each other.

Adrian tries his hardest to save Naani Stella's life.

"Yourf!" Adrian sighed and the heartbeat disappeared.

"His pulse stopped" said the doctor who stood in front of Adrian making Adrian look at him.

"The patient died at 17:00 WIB from heart failure" Adrian murmured. He went away with an erratic feeling, while the Doctor was helped nurse the corpse and release the medical device attached to the patient's body.

"How's it?"

The question immediately invaded Adrian as he exited the room. Adrian stared sadly at Stella in front of him who was staring at her with tears. They laughed together last afternoon.

"Sir Lecturer what about Naani?" ask Stella again.

Adrian was still silent with his confusion. "Sir Adrian!" peekit Stella's.

"Sorry, Naani has left us all."

"Now!!! Nai!" stella screams in tears. Stella's parents hugged each other and cried in silence.

"Naani! You're a doctor, why don't you save him!" pekik Stella beat Adrian in the chest. "Why did you let Naani go, hikzzz... Naani, hikx"

Adrian draws both hands of Stella until she falls in his arms and holds Stella's rebellious body and roars in tears at her beloved Naani.
