A woman wearing a white suit, it's possible that she's the doctor in this hospital. The woman reached out to Karina with a smile hoping for karina to get up from her seat.
"I'm doctor monica, maybe there's something I can help" Monica said after successfully helping Esmeralda stand up.
"You're the doctor at this hospital? Have you arrived a patient on behalf of Esmeralda. She's been missing for a week, but I called her but it was a strange man who answered my phone." Karina said, wiping her tears.
"Hemmmm... That woman huh? Are you his friend?"
"Rightly my doc's his best friend. He disappeared, does the doctor know where he is?"
Karina wiped her tears, she tried her hardest to find Esme. Private space was not said by Yohan, while Karina thought it impossible for an Esme to occupy a private space with special priority. "Get in and change your clothes with sterile clothes!" said doctor Monica.

"She is a friend of Miss Esmeralda" replied Monica, taking sterile clothes and handing them to Karina. He also told the location of the bathroom so that the woman could immediately change clothes.
