Four weeks later.
Sella and William go to the hospital to check on Sella. Lately Sella's condition is not good, she is always nauseous and tired.

"You didn't tell Papa Mama?" Ask Sella.
William turned on his car.
"Call it" replied William, and he ran the car.
Sella picks up her phone from inside her bag, then Sella looks for Kinara's contact.
"Hello Ma" Sella said.
"What's the matter, baby?" Ask Kinara.
"Sella's pregnant Ma" Sella said with some embarrassment.
"What's? You pregnant?" Kinara said with great surprise.

Kinara ended their conversation.
"Father!! Soon we will be grandparents" Kinara said, hugging Adrian.

Sella opens WhatsApp and types a message to Luna.
"Luna, happy news, I'm pregnant!"
Luna read the message from Sella.

"What name should I give? I'm confused"

Luna was furious at reading the message from Sella.

Moments later they arrive at Sella's first cake shop.
Sella and William get out of the car, and enter the cake shop.

"Mrs Sella, we haven't seen each other in a long time. I miss Madam so much" said one of Sella's employees.
"Hey, I miss you all too" Sella replied.
"Hows it? Is everything all right?" Ask Sella to them.

"Good, good, I'm glad you can still be trusted"
They smiled at Sella's words.
"Come brother, we will check the price" said the employee to the buyer.
"Good"
There was a woman standing next to William. Sella looks at the woman, then greets her.
"Eh, Elsa?" Sella.

William moved, he stood beside Sella.
"Want to buy some cake too?" Ask Elsa to Sella.
"No, I was just checking out my cake shop" Sella replied.

"Waw, I love the cakes here. It tastes good and doesn't taste good" Elsa said.

"This is Brother" said the employee while giving Elsa cake.
Elsa paid for the cake.
"I'm Luan ya Sella and William. See you" said Elsa.
"Yes, be careful" Sella replied.
After Elsa leaves some distance in her car, William and Sella get in the car and are about to go to the second cake shop.
"Aren't you jealous?" Ask William to Sella.
