Next day.

A handsome man with sunglasses perched on his nose looks like he just arrived at the airport in the city of S. Accompanied by his personal assistant and best friend, Damar is seen entering a car provided for him.

"Are we going straight to the hospital, sir???" Randi's assistant sitting at the wheel looked back.

Still with his sunglasses Damar nodded in response. While Brian sitting next to Damar looks busy staring at his phone screen, it seems like the man is replying to someone.

"Sorry Doc, because today I was forced to take Farrel because I'm not feeling well, I don't feel the heart if I have to ask you to keep Farrel in his current condition." mita felt bad.

Arjun reviewed the smile. "No problem, as long as you don't let it pass outside, so that he doesn't contract viruses or bacteria that are not good for the health of children his age!!!" Arjun said, and Mita agreed.

Mita holds her son's body to direct the three-year-old boy to sit on the sofa, before then she does her job as a nurse who helps Arjun as an obstetrician in the poly room.

Without a word Damar went down from the car and approached the boy, making Assistant Randi and Brian suddenly throw their eyes at each other.

Dammar squatted in front of the boy and said. "Why are you here alone, son??? Where's your mother???." asked Damar before then sweeping a glance around him.

"Mama is inside, Farrel wants the balloon, Om." innocently the boy expressed his wish. Now Damar's gaze followed the boy's line of sight. "Do you want that balloon???." Damar who had not been so fond of children suddenly said softly to the boy before him.

"Yes, Farrel wants the balloon." Farel excitedly said.

"Alright, here om accompany to buy it." said Damar.the man re-enforced his body then grasped the little hand of the boy and then led him to walk to the balloon dealer across the street.

Now Farel's face is seen sumringah when three character balloons have been in his hands. "Thank you, Om." Farrel said with the characteristics of a child his age was able to make Damar's heart feel warm.

"The same, baby. Now you meet your mama ya." bargain Damar and Farrel look nod in agreement. But before moving, Damar first took out red money from his wallet to pay the balloon balloon to the balloon dealer.

seeing Farrel's whereabouts along with a man who was now in his back position, Arjun then rushed across the street.

"Farrel.." both Farrel and Damar turned to the source of the voice.

"When did you arrive???." Arjun had indeed heard from his father that his cousin's sister would visit the city, but he did not expect that Damar would visit anytime soon.

"Just now, ma'am." Damar answered, then told him the chronology of how he met the boy.

"Next time you can't go alone, you smart boy!!!" Arjun said, and Farrel nodded with guilt.

"I'm sorry Farrel ya Om" said the boy in a still slurred tone. Arjun smiled and gently rubbed Farrel's head, then carried the boy into his trunk.

Afterwards, Arjun invites Damar, Brian and also Assistant Randi to enter the hospital building.

"Come on, Aditya's mas is inside, mas want to deliver Farrel to his mother first, after that mas will soon return!!!" said Arjun when in front of his brother's office, Aditya.

"Good mas." said Damar. But once the man did not immediately move, he still continued to look at the boy who was now in Arjun's sling. Farrel who was also looking at Damar then smiled sweetly when he realized the view of Damar still fixed on him.

"Handsome boy." - Damar inwardly, before a moment later Brian's voice resuscitated him.

"Let's go in, are you going to keep standing there until tomorrow?" Brian said.

Damar did not answer, but he immediately swung a step into Aditya's workroom.

"Farrel, where have you been, son???." Mita, who had been touring the hospital building area, finally met Arjun and his son in one of the hospital corridors.

Seeing the whereabouts of his mother, Farrel asked to be taken down from Arjun's sling, then ran small towards Mita.

Mita crouches down to equalize her son's body. Mita hugged her son's tiny body, now she feels relieved because her son is in good shape.

"I'm sorry Farrel, mah." seeing the sadness on his mother's face, the boy felt guilty for leaving without saying goodbye.

Hearing her son's apology, Mita broke her arms and said. "Mom forgave Farrel, but remember next time it can't be like that anymore son!!! You're making mama anxious." Mita's message, and Farrel nods innocently. A moment later Mita's vision turned to a few balloons in her son's grasp.

"You must be bothering Om Arjun again to buy this balloon." guess Mita, thinking if the balloon was bought by Arjun.

"It wasn't me who bought it but my cousin's sister, happened to arrive from the capital today." Farrel didn't answer but Arjun.

"Cousin' sister???" repeated Mita.

"Yes." Yeah."

Arjun then tells Mita how his cousin can buy the balloon for his son.

"Oh my goodness Farrel..... How can you go alone like that, son??? what if no good person helps you there, son, you could get hit by a crowded vehicle passing by." Mita is shocked to hear when Arjun recounts the accidental meeting of Farrel and Damar.

"Don't scold him, Farrel is still very small, he doesn't understand if his actions could endanger his safety. In the future, you have to be even more careful in watching him!!!" said Arjun, before the man bailed on Mita to meet someone.

Now Mita took her son back to the room where he served, but in between his second steps, no matter how Farrel chattered to his mother.

"Yes mah..even Om who promised Farrel if there is another time to accompany Farrel play in the park, mah." Farel continued to tell stories, making Mita feel anxious for her son.

"Om who was his cousin's sister om Arjun, must be as good as Om Arjun" commented Mita.

"Yes mah ..even the om who was also not less handsome as Om Arjun." Mita could only shake her head while smiling when she heard her son's confession.
