Sasha and Indira are already in Naya's room waiting for her beloved daughter.
Apparently Naya tells Sasha that Rachel is coming to X's hospital.

His eyes glazed over when he saw a testpack and three USG photos.
"I'm going to be a Papa? we're gonna be parents?" Ask Fazel in a clean manner.
Rachel nodded and began to tear. "Did you like it?" Ask Rachel.
"This is the most beautiful gift, thank you." Fazel then hugged Rachel tightly.
Then Fazel went down and knelt down in front of Rachel who was still sitting on the bed. His hand rubbed Rachel's stomach. "Good in your eyes, dear Mama, Papa will take care of you." Fazel kissed Rachel's stomach.
"Sister.." Call Rachel.
Fazel looked up at his wife's pretty face. "Hem?" Ask.
"The baby's got two, Auntie Nay said her baby's twin sister." Rachel stroked Fazel's head so gently while showing in detail the USG photo.
"Two Hel?" He asked in disbelief as he looked at the USG photo.
Rachel nodded and smiled.
"Two Sis. Twins, eight weeks. This is the fetus, it's still very small."
Fazel was completely moved, he tightly hugged his little wife. "I love you so much, thank you for being pregnant with my children."
