Since then I have been alone more often, feeling lonely because there was no friend I could talk to and tell from heart to heart, I could actually go back to the orphanage, but I prefer to stay in my adoptive parents' house, with the aim of pursuing my dreams, and also the dream of my adoptive parents, who have been wholeheartedly taking care of me.

I started to smile when I felt like I was making new friends. Yes, she was named Alana Pricilia, the girl who entered the university because of a scholarship. “Hay, I can sit here not” I told Alana before I knew her first. She was the type of girl who was indifferent, even then I greeted her just in response to a nod. Honestly, that's very annoying, isn't it?

But after several times I tried to get close to him, he finally wanted to be my friend. Not only Alana, but there is a man who suddenly joined the pulpit when we again focus on reading in the library, his name is Leonard.

I saw the man who was suddenly sitting in front of me and Alana while focusing on reading. I saw the man looking at me and also looking at Alana in turn, even though we didn't know him before.

“Who are you? Why is it without guilt sitting here? Just interrupt?!” I said to scold her slowly, Karen, you know that you can't be noisy in the library.

“I'm sorry I didn't mean to bother you! I just want to meet you guys! My name is Leonard!! I think I can be friends with you guys?!” he said as he reached out to meet me and Alana.

I was silent for a moment then I saw Alana who just glanced at me with a glance. I'm sure that Alana can't possibly melt her cold heart. I still remember clearly when my introduction to Alana went smoothly. Even I had to approach her in various ways so that she could get me close, because honestly I wanted to be close to her and be her best friend.

I finally decided to shake his hand and introduce myself, Because I think the man in front of me has no bad intentions towards me and Alana.

“It's nice to meet you guys, oh yeah how about we go to the cafeteria let me treat you guys?!” said Leonard who makes me wince at that time, because we only know a few minutes ago.

I snorted suspiciously at Leonard, “Are you trying to bribe us? Looks like you have another purpose other than just to get acquainted with us” I said as I looked at him in full search.

I saw Leonard sigh slowly, “Can you trust me? I just want to make friends with you guys! I swear I have no other intentions besides that really?” leonard said, I looked into his eyes to find a lie in what he said, but no, I did not find a lie in the look on his face.

“How's Alana?” I asked Alana, because I needed an answer from her at the time. Alana breathed out and closed the book she was reading. Because from the moment I spoke to Leonard, he didn't seem to listen to our conversation and instead focused on the book he was reading.

After that we went to the campus cafeteria to eat there, like what was said by Leonard who wanted to treat us to eat in the cafeteria. I who was about to order food accidentally bumped into one of the upperclassmen passing in front of me, I dropped the snack he was carrying, and it seems that the snack has not been opened. Spontaneously I took it straight away, “Sorry brother, I accidentally!” I said that I looked down and then tried to take a snack belonging to the upperclassman. But before I could take it with my right hand. I felt my hand held by someone, it made me turn to my hand which was blocked by that person.

I immediately saw the person holding my hand back then, and how shocked I was when I saw who was holding that hand, “You don't have to take it, just let it go! I'll buy a new one later!” he said smiling at me. Yes, he is a very famous handsome upperclassman on campus. My heart was pounding when I saw him smile at me, I was afraid that I would make a mistake with him.

After the incident I went back to the table Alana and Leonard were at. I came to them with a flowery face remembering the romantic incident earlier. Yes, for me it was romantic, even if it was just looking at each other and throwing a smile. My heart has melted, especially considering he is the most handsome man in college and the target of every woman. I felt lucky at that moment.

“Why are you smiling like that? Where's the food?” said Leonard who immediately disperse my daydream. I was very surprised and even realized that I forgot to buy food.

“Ahh, that was me-!! Haish, how are you? Will you treat us, why am I the one you asked to buy in the cafeteria?” let me know because that was the only reason that came to mind right then and there.

I saw Alana and Leonard looking at me full of probes. But I tried to neutralize my heart that was still beating from seeing the upperclassman.

Leonard exhaled with a puff, “Alright for the sake of friendship I will buy you guys myself now!!” Leonard said, standing up from his seat.
