Marrying a Sister-in-law Candidate

Marrying a Sister-in-law Candidate
Welcome to Jakarta

Mr. Chandra ended his call with Afika, no matter how long his phone rang back. It was a call from Secretary Wilham.

"Good Morning, Mr. Chandra, there's good news that Miss Afina was found on the Pacific mainland. I'll be there soon and take care of it, the good news seems Miss Afina survived, but... " Secretary Wilham stopped her words out of doubt.

"However?" ask Mr. Chandra impatiently.

"Miss Afina could be in a coma, or the worst thing is amnesia. Because his head was hit by a rock" Secretary Wilham said.

"Jeez Fina.... " Mister Chandra sighed. Between relief, fear, sadness, just becoming one.

"Well take care of my son, take him to Jakarta immediately. Oh yes today Afika came home from New York, I will tell her about Afina, you do not say anything to her" said Mr. Chandra.

"Alright Sir, then I will hurry to take care of Miss Afina. Good morning." Good morning."

"Oh my God, help my son.... " Mister Chandra prayed.

"Honey.." the voice of Afika's mother shrewdly. Madam Dewi had just regained consciousness from fainting upon hearing Afina's accident.

"Darling, thank goodness you're awake" said Mr. Chandra.

"How's Afina baby?" ask Madam Dewi while crying.

"Wilham has found Afina dear, soon she will bring Fina back to Indonesia. But..." Mr. Chandra stopped his conversation.

"But what dear?!!"

"Afina is likely to go into a coma and lose her memory." continued Mr. Chandra.

"Oh my God, what is my son's fault that his fate is so unfortunate." Madam Goddess was crying so much.

"Calm down, baby, everything's gonna be okay. Afika is also on her way back to Jakarta. You rest."

The Goddess Lady nodded.

Jakarta - Indonesia Airport,

After approximately 23 hours of flight from New York City to Jakarta and had transit in several countries finally arrived Afika in the country. Jetlag will certainly whack for a few hours. Because Afika was used to New York time, now she had to adapt to Jakarta time.

Secretary Anggi was waiting to pick him up. He is Afika's personal secretary and childhood friend. Immediately he waved his hand to Afika.

"Good Morning Miss Afika, how was your flight?" ask Secretary Anggi while carrying Afika's bag.

"It looks like I'm going to sleep for a few hours" Afika said.

"Sister, what are you father and mother doing? Were they busy, why did they leave their plans for New York?" Afika asked Secretary Anggi

"anu, Miss." replied Secretary Anggi stammering

Afika stopped her steps, as Secretary Anggi seemed hesitant to answer the question.

"Why don't you continue your words?" ask Afika.

"Miss should go straight to the car and get some rest. I'll take care of your things." replied Secretary Anggi, who seemed to be switching the conversation.

'What is this, I'm getting suspicious of the people here. Why do they seem to be covering something up from me??' afika muttered in heart.

#The Viewpoint of the Secretary Anggi

Secretary Anggi immediately moved away from Afika while taking care of her belongings. After that he called someone, who turned out to be Afika's father.

"Again, it's good that he's here. Please don't tell me anything until he gets home. Let me tell you the truth." replied Mr. Chandra.

"Well Mr. Chandra, then I will accompany Miss Afika home. Good Morning." said Secretary Anggi.

Afika waits for Secretary Anggi who is taking care of his belongings in the car. After a few minutes he returned and sat in the front seat of the car. Afika sees in the mirror that Secretary Anggi secretly steals a look with her. Afika asked him.

"Secretary Anggi, why are you so clumsy with me. What are you afraid of? Is it because I haven't been back to Jakarta in a long time that you're like this?" ask Afika.

"Ah, that's not what Miss is. I just miss you, it's been a few years that no one has yelled for a towel at me." replied Secretary Anggi while holding back a laugh.

"And you're also getting more graceful and beautiful." Added Anggi Secretary.

"I've known you for years, why you lied to me." shoot Afika.

"There's nothing you need to worry about Miss, Miss rest better. Our trip will waste a lot of time because of traffic jams. Please rest" said Secretary Anggi.

Afika only answered with a lazy look through the rearview mirror.

'Oh yes, I have not contacted Devan, if I have reached Jakarta.' Afika muttered inwardly.

"I'll text you, I shouldn't call.. But if in Jakarta morning means New York is currently sleeping hours, will I disturb his sleep..? Ah I should just call." muttered Afika.

Cring.. Cring...

Devan had not picked up his phone, after a while the phone was finally picked up.

"Hallo, who is this?" answer someone who surely is not Devan's voice, nor is it a male voice. It's a female voice!

"Hallo, where is Devan?!" asked Afika in an annoyed tone.

"Hi, Afika Hadiwijaya. Don't be too fierce, your girlfriend always complains to me about you" replied the woman. Afika seems to know this voice, he is Chelsea Hanggono. The woman he hated so much for always trying to find the gap between Afika and Devan.

"Hey lady with no future, why did you pick up my girlfriend's phone huh?! Don't try to slander Devan in this dirty way!" shout Afika.

"Whatdidyou say? I'm a woman with no future? It's clear I'm the future of Devan Wijaya. I will become Madam Devan Wijaya and enter into the noble family of Wijaya hahahaa." the woman mocked him.

"Yes.yes, whatever you say. Quickly give me the phone the same Devan I want to talk." said Afika tried as calmly as possible, even though he sounded jealous.

"Devan is in the shower, I will also catch up with him. You're just interfering with my pleasure hahahaa."

"Woman ******! Devan what were you doing while I was away, how rude of you Devan!!!" shout Afika.

Afika was exhausted, after a long flight plus heard the voice of the woman. He also fell asleep.

Afika finally woke up from her long sleep. But he wondered why he was already on the bed. Whether Afika fell asleep until fainted until unconscious awakened people.

Afika then scanned her gaze throughout her room room. It has been approximately 2 years he did not come home because he was chasing his tittle with a fast speeding system.

Not much has changed from the decor of the room, the distinctive smell of wood can still be smelled by him because the mother really likes the smell of Sandalwood and therefore also Afika room was given a wood-scented automatic room fragrance.

Afika rushed to the bathroom to refresh her body from her long journey.
