That night Khanza said he went home first from Nina because he said that his sister was waiting for him in the hut especially his sisters had not eaten so he wanted to go home and buy food for them.
At first Nina refused Khanza to go home alone but Khanza could not go home too late, of course, his sister would starve, that's what Khanza said when they talked about the cost of Arka's medicine, but Khanza wanted to tell Nina everything about the amount of costs incurred by Khanza, so Khanza only said that he was there was a little sustenance so it could help ease Nina's burden.
Nina initially intended to return the money Khanza had used for his son's medical but Khanza immediately rejected it because he did not want Nina to carry a heavy burden because of the money Khanza spent also not a little so Khanza only advised Nina to use the money made from selling newspapers to treat Arka so that her condition was healthy again.
Khanza also told Nina that he got the money also from giving god for him but God has ordered his people to ease the burden on each other if we can help him then from that's why Khanza refused if the money was returned not because Khanza is arrogant or anything like that but he believes that the sustenance will come from any direction without knowing God will return the money through the hands of people other than if God has willed anything can happen as long as his people want to run everything he is told, such is the delivery of Khanza to Nina so that he had not believed wisely Khanza said so.
The two of them were talking for almost an hour in front of Arka's room because Nina was also waiting for Arka to wake up then she could bring him back to the hut and after their conversation was over now Khanza was preparing to return first he stood up from his seat. "Now Khanza wants to go home and I'm sorry Khanza can't accompany my mother here" he said, saying, before he left with a warm smile on his face.
"Yes son is okay, now you go home be careful on the road and again I thank you very much son if there is no you mother does not know what else to do," he also humbled even he grabbed Khanza's arm and returned the warm smile seen on Khanza's face.
"Sama-sama buk, yes ibuk do not worry anymore because Khanza believes Arka's sister will be healthy as before so I have to keep fighting for the recovery of my sister," he also touched the hand of Nina who had held his hand. "Khanza said goodbye first," he continued so that the handrails of Nina slowly detached.
"Take yourself son," nina's message after Khanza's footsteps seemed to want to pass away from her and Khanza returned with a small smile and a nod of the head then he walked to the outside of the clinic while Nina still saw Khanza from a distance.
Khanza had started out of the clinic yard and from a distance of approximately 1m he saw someone selling rice complete with side dishes menu and he accelerated his steps across while looking right also to the left after feeling safe then he crossed leads to the rice stall.
Arriving at the rice shop he ordered Zizi's favorite menu and bought another menu because he bought two packs of rice for the three of them.
After a while Khanza received his order and then he paid for it and then he stepped home by walking from the side.

A black daihatsu car was honking repeatedly as Khanza walked and thought he was blocking the road but he felt he had walked on the sidelines but the car continued to honk so that Khanza stopping from his steps and looking back then the car glass was wide open then the face that looked from inside the car was no stranger to Khanza.
"Sir doctor?" he said he was shocked because he saw Dr. Zikmal right in front of him at this time.
"Yes son, I'm the doctor who takes care of the patients you bring."
Also speaking in friendly language, he took a little head out of the car door so that Khanza stepped from his place towards the car Zikmal sir. "What's up, sir? did something happen to Arka's sister?" khanza asked in a slightly anxious tone.
"Oh no son, I saw you from afar walking alone and wanted to make sure that's why I sounded the horn so you look back it turns out you're the one I know," he said explaining. "Why are you walking alone? didn't you guys come to the clinic together?" continued again.
"Oh ibuk Nina is still in the clinic sir because I have to go back first" he replied with a knotty smile.
"Then go up, let me drive you home" he asked subtly to return a smile from Khanza.
"Ah no sir, I do not want to trouble anyways near the kok sir not too far and the road is also straight there sir," he refused politely as well as pointing in the direction he meant.
"I don't feel bothered anyway my way home from there too," he replied pointing to one road with Khanza then swiftly he opened the front car door so that Khanza did not refuse the offer from him. "Let's just go up is okay," he persuaded again by throwing a warm smile.
Khanza was reluctant and afraid but he could not continue to refuse if he had heard the doctor say so so that he walked to the front car door while throwing a rough breath from his mouth and then after he entered in the car he sat down and closed the door slowly.
The black car drove slowly as Khanza got into it so doctor Zikmal looked happy because Khanza received an offer from him to take him home together.

At around 23:00 at night, it was a gripping silence.

A francis was turned on to set fire to a cigarette belonging to a man who was now seen leaning against the door of his car.

"Where? everything all right?" asked the man who smoked the cigarette was none other than Thunder was talking to his subordinates who came running towards him.
"The boss! everything I sorted out according to the boss's orders," replied his subordinate also as if there was no doubt because he felt he had carried out the task neatly.
Yeap, the man who included his subordinates was the one who had spread a piece of paper to look for Khanza turned out to be subordinates of Thunder himself.
"Good! have you checked that no one's seen you?" he said again while continuing to smoke his cigarette and throw a puff of smoke upwards.
"I make sure no one sees any bosses so we'll be safe!" the toss was convincing.
"Great work! now we pull it out of here" he said with satisfaction on his face and he stepped on his cigarette butts and he got into the car and was followed by his subordinates.
