Chapters 3. Adi's Story

When it came night..

"Sister, the Son is hungry. Is there any food that the Son can eat?" The Son asked Nayla while holding his hungry stomach.

"Hungry son? What does the son want to eat?." Rakha asked looking at the Son with a smile. "It's late, it's time we had dinner anyway." Rina answered by looking at the clock in her hand which showed at 21:00.

"Well, let's go eat together at the Japanese restaurant deket mall, I've eaten there and the food is delicious even though the price is a little higher than the food in the coffee shops, but I still have enough money for us to eat there chatting casually, Son want us there?." Take Adi with a smile.

"Ahh. no need to bother, this is also still a lot of food that you bring, Son can eat this food alone." Replied Nayla who felt bad to trouble her friends.

"Father kok Nay, any food we bring can be eaten next time. This food is durable and does not need to be spent too quickly, we can eat another first. I can buy you guys a full meal but can't eat BBQ or sushi, we can only order ramen for tonight. How do you want it?" Adi.

"Well go now, if you talk too much the Son will fall asleep with a starving stomach for too long to wait." Rakha replied with a laugh to see the Son who was sleepy waiting for Adi to speak.

"Hehe, I'm sorry about the deck. You've been waiting a long time, ayoo we're eating now. My car is parking the main roadside because Nayla's house is a little in the alley so I can't park the car in front of your house, gapapa ya street a little ahead of us." Adi explained.

"Yes, I'm sorry to bother you." Nayla said while holding her sister because Nayla did not want her sister soy sauce to walk.

"You'll be exhausted deck, big brother gapong. Your friends ain't nobody gonna see it." Replied Nayla who remained tightly hugging her sister while being carried.

"Nay, let Rakha who carries your Son still be sick." Said Rina giving advice.

"Here it is. Just be the same brother, because sister Nayla is still sick." Rakha said as she reached out her hands and took the Son in Nayla's arms. The son was just embarrassed.

They also walked to the main road and in the middle of their journey witnessed a couple who were kissing affectionately regardless of the circumstances around, he said, Rakha who was carrying the Son was quickly closing the eyes of the Son with his hands.

Arriving in the car they chatted casually even though the chat was ordinary but they looked happy and did not last long they arrived at a Japanese restaurant and ordered ramen that had been promised by Adi while at home Nayla's.

Before long they waited for the food to come and the waiter said. "Please. Enjoy your dinner, I hope you like it. (In Japanese)

"Thank you." (In Japanese) Adi replied with a friendly smile.

They also enjoy the ramen by laughing together and the Son who was eating his ramen was just focusing on his food did not listen to the story of Nayla and her friends.

"I want Putra to change schools even better and Putra also feels uncomfortable in her old school because her friend likes to bully her, but she hides from me." Nayla said to her friends by opening the story while at the restaurant while eating slowly.

"It's best that you move your son to his new school immediately so that he doesn't become traumatized one day." Answer Rina.

"I also think so, but I haven't found a good school for him yet, do you guys have any recommendations for the best school for Son?. " Tanya Nayla was a little confused.

"I have a niece who is the same age as your sister and I think that school is also suitable for your sister because there is my niece too, the Son should be schooled there." Adi gave his advice to Nayla.

"Is the school far away? If so, I can't let Son go to school there because I can't pick him up every time but I can't let Son continue to be in his old school either." Nayla.

"I can take her every day, go home and go with me because I take my niece every day. Moreover, the way to his school passes through your house so I can all go between my son and nephew together." Adi replied casually while eating her ramen which had started to cool down as it focused on talking to Nayla.

"No hassle, I just help you and kasian also see Putra if you have to survive in his old school. The best way is to change schools, I'll help with the enrollment at least the day after Son can already go to school there." Adi replied with concern for her sister Nayla.

"There's a lot of ya Di, I owe you a lot and immediately tell me the registration fee and monthly." Nayla said that she felt helped because of Adi.

"Hopefully the school is good for my sister and nobody bullies her anymore." Nayla replied with relief.

"Because this dinner is over me and Rakha went home together, yes, we can not follow the car Adi again because the direction of our house is different and this anyways late so sometime we stop by again yaa Nay and thanks for the time spent tonight yaa Di." Rina said as she stood up and hinted at Rakha to stand up and go home together.

"Ohh. alright if so. Be careful and hopefully get home safely." Adi replied with a smile.

Then Adi, Nayla, and the Son went home together but the Son who was already exhausted could not resist his sleep and the Son fell asleep in the car on the way home. Then suddenly Adi saw his papa who was in front of the hotel entrance with a woman.

"What's up? We stopped in front of the hotel. You don't be so reckless." Said Nayla who was frightened and thought Adi would do something indecent.

"You why? I'm not that kind of man. I saw my papa with a woman, and I wanted to see it closely. You're here first." Said Adi who immediately opened the car door and can't wait to see what his papa did to a woman.

"I'm coming with you at." Nayla opened the car door and rushed after Adi with a small run.

Adi didn't answer Nayla. Adi looks emotional and wants to immediately question his papa, he ran quickly.

"Papa? What are you doing here with this cheap lady?, you don't think about the feeling of your sick mom at home. You're a man of a bitch with no heart." Adi said with very high emotions and expressed all his anger on the papa loudly.

Then the new Nayla tried to calm Adi down and continued to hold Adi's hand gently.

"Praakk !!" Adi slapped his papa in public and everyone there watched with bulging eyes.

"Children don't know they're lucky, go !!!

Never mind me and stop talking about your mama who can't do anything about it, it's good that I still want to accommodate the sick woman. Don't disturb my pleasure anymore and quickly get out of here, bratty boy !!!" Said his father with emotion because he was disappointed with his mother who could not do anything but in a wheelchair.

Adi looks very emotional but Nayla continues to try to speak slowly and do not act rude, because Nayla is afraid if Adi returns the slap of her papa then the situation will be more chaotic. Nayla saw the woman who was with her father was Rika a friend who told Rina at work. Then Nayla said.

"Looly woman, you must be happy to see your son and father fighting because of you." Nayla said with her cynical smile.

Rika, who heard Nayla's words, replied casually.

"Anything I would do for money, even I could snatch his son who is with you right now. But his father's money is more, so don't bother me if you don't want to be ruined."

"A cheap woman doesn't know herself." Nayla said that emotions saw Rika but then her papa Adi and Rika went into the hotel without shame and they passed.

Adi who at that time felt chaotic, his feelings were sad and devastated to see his family like this but with Nayla beside him Adi felt somewhat better than before.

Then Nayla also invited Adi to come home because Nayla knew the feeling that Adi was experiencing was not easy for her to accept everything and Nayla drove her car slowly but at her sight Adi just fell silent unable to cry in front of Nayla and just see the view from the car glass only.

Arriving at Nayla's house, Adi held her sleeping-looking Son and tried to hug him tightly. Then put her to sleep in the room while kissing the Son's forehead with tears.

"If you feel like crying then cry never be held back, not a woman who can cry even a man can do it, do not look strong when you are weak." Nayla said while looking at Adi who was feeling sad and Adi hugged Nayla with her cries.

"Stay tonight if you feel you are not in a good state, and fall asleep with the Son or I can accompany you to sleep, everyone has their own problems and I hope you will remain strong and passionate about your days." Nayla said gently and attentively, Nayla tried to strengthen Adi who was then silent to release her embrace from Nayla.

Then Nayla left, but her hand was held by Adi and Adi said. "Thank you Nay for tonight and thank you for being allowed to stay at your house without caring about the neighbor's talk."

"Father. Get better soon." Nayla turned her body around and went to her room. Then they too fell asleep.
