Episode 5: Mysterious Events

Emily and Victor tread carefully towards the brightly lit music room inside the old house. In her hands, Emily was still holding the musical instrument they had just obtained, an old harmonica that seemed to hold a million stories behind it. They both can't wait to uncover the secrets associated with this musical instrument.

Both of their steps were heard bouncing on the ancient wooden floor. The music room was quiet, only adorned by a mysterious vibe that filled the air. Emily felt like there was energy flowing around her, while Victor felt a soft touch on her skin as if someone was watching them.

"Who...who are you?" asked Emily in a trembling voice.

The shadow stepped forward, becoming more and more apparent. He was wearing black clothes that wrapped around his body tightly, and his pale face was like losing all color. Emily and Victor stared at the figure with unspeakable fear.

Emily and Victor looked at each other, afraid but did not want to give up. They could feel how powerful the energy surrounding those guards was, but their determination to unravel the mystery of the melody of loss had never been greater.

"But why can't we continue on this journey?" asked Emily in a trembling voice.

Victor, although tense, added in a steady voice, "We will not back down, guard. We have traveled far and faced many challenges. We're sure that through the melody of this loss, we'll find the right path."

The melody guards lost their attention with sharp eyes. After a moment that felt like an eternity, he finally spoke again. "You are courageous and determined individuals. I see determination in your eyes. However, you must remember, there are great consequences in uncovering this mystery. Are you ready to accept the risks?"

"We are ready" they both said firmly and in rhythm.

The melody guard lost his nod, acknowledging their courage. "All right, Emily and Victor. You have proven your determination and loyalty. I will give you permission to continue on this journey, but remember, never waste this opportunity. The melody of loss is a great power, and must be respected."
