Chapter 26 - Shrinking

Nayla has been pacing back and forth Rey promised to pick her up at 7pm, even Nayla asked permission to go home sooner from the Cafe, and now Nay has waited almost an hour and Rey has not come yet,what was? Nay is worried that something will happen to Rey.

"Nay you've been pacing back and forth no cape what?" Mother who was preparing cake batter for tomorrow's order began to get dizzy seeing Nay who was restless.

"Old, ma'am?"

"So patiently it's stuck"

"Diem brother doesn't talk to you"

"Yeh. like this if you've been exposed to the bucin virus, little bit worried, little bit restless"

"Ih Mother is just like Bima" Nay stomped his feet.

There was a knock on the door, "Nah, come like that"

"Ah I'm the only one who opens" Pinta Nayla.

"Why not just Nay"

"Mom I'm ashamed" whined Nay.

"Geez Nay" Mom got up and washed her hands before opening the door.

"Oh, Rey has come"

"Yes ma'am, I'm sorry I'm late" Rey kissed Mom's hand.

"No papa, you call her Nay for a while."

Before long Nay appeared, wearing a dress that Rey bought looks beautiful with her natural makeup. Nay is good at dressing up so no wonder Nay is smart to apply his makeup.

"Hi" said Nay.

"Hi. let's get going, Mom must be waiting" Nay nodded and followed Rey out of the house.

"We go first Ma'am" Rey said politely.

"Oh heart, don't be so late."

"Good Mom"

Rey holds Nayla's hand and opens the car door for Nay, and enters the car next to Nayla.

"Bram's Night" Bram began to drive his car to the mansion of Mother Rey, all the way Rey was silent but his hands could not be separated from Nay's hands, holding her. Nay felt strange about this situation why it was so quiet.

"Rey?" Rey is silent, Bram even hears Nay ask Rey, but Rey does not answer, Bram knows his master must still be shocked by the reality he gets.

"Rey?" Nay slightly shook Rey's hand that held her so Rey would wake up from her daydream.

"Hmm?" Rey muttered, then looked at Nay. "Why baby?"

"I should ask you why?"

"I? I'm fine" Rey replied.

"From that you daydreamed"

"Oh, that's sorry baby I'm a lot of work so less concerned" said Rey.

"I should be busy next time I eat the mall"

"What's wrong, I promised Mom too"

Nay nodded, then quietly again, until their car entered the big gate, and what makes Nay gaping more is that the house is really big there may be four floors count Nay, a spacious yard, and the house is really big,it took about five minutes by car, to reach the terrace of the house, when Nay felt shrunk he felt so small there.

Rey leads Nay into the house, continues to walk to find the figure of a beautiful woman with graceful kebaya, and neatly knotted hair, Rey's mother immediately greeted "Le, you've come?" Mother hugged Rey while rubbing Rey's back while smiling happily.

"How are you, ma'am?" ask Rey.

"Well, well" Mother turned to look at Nay who smiled at her, but the smile from Mother suddenly thinned replaced by a smile that was so thin that it was like a loss of happiness so great, and Nay realized that.

"Bu introduce this to Nayla" Rey introduces Nayla.

Nay smiled kindly, extending his hand to Mom, and she greeted him. "Yes, let's eat, it's too late" Mother pulled Rey's hand and left Nay behind, Nay pegged her feelings increasingly shrinking to see the reaction of Rey's mother.

Rey realizes Nay is far behind and stops her steps and turns to look back "Honey come on" Rey back and clasping Nay's hand, Nay just smiles.

Mother looked at me with a flat look.

Meilani went down the stairs while running "Kak Nay" Meilani hugged Nay "Big sister"

"May take care of your attitude!" Mother said full of warning.

"Sorry Mom" Meilani nenduk was afraid of her mother.

They eat with silence Nay eating his food like swallowing a stone looking at the gaze of Mother of Rey who stabbed her somehow Mother Rey like not liking it.

After eating the three of them gathered in the family room while drinking tea, Mailani had already entered her room on the orders of her mother "What was your last education?" ask Rey's mother, her view can't be separated from Nayla.

"Me, High School" replied Nay.

His mother sighed, "You know at least Rey's wife should have an S1 education"
