PN - Chapter 36 - Don't be Naughty

6 Months later

At a restaurant, Naura is seen busy directing some waiters to deliver food to a private room that has been reserved by an important customer.

"Mr William is a very important person, do not let you make the slightest mistake. Understood?" naura asked some of her subordinates.

"Understand me, ma'am," answered everything at the same time.

"Good, now do your job well."

After giving the briefing, Naura returned to her room, said one of her subordinates, Mahend was waiting for her there. Yes, as promised at that time, Naura will manage her mother Mahend's restaurant after she divorced Yuda, in order to pay off her debts to the man.

Naura closed the door of her room as soon as she went inside. Mahend was sitting behind his desk waiting.

"Good day, sir," said Naura. As a professional, that's how she called Mahend at work, because after all, Mahend was now her boss, the owner of the restaurant where she worked.

"Hem," murmured Mahend. "Where were the restaurant's financial statements last week? I want to check it out now."

"Wait a minute, sir." Naura immediately took the map in the shelf that was aligned with her seat where Mahend was sitting, after finding what she was looking for, she then gave the map to Mahend.

"Please check, sir," he said, handing the map to Mahend politely with both hands.

Mahend smiled faintly, then pulled Naura's left wrist until the woman fell down and sat on her lap, and he quickly wrapped his hands around the woman's stomach to make Naura locked position unable to move anywhere.

"I miss you, dear" whispered Mahend near Naura's ear. Yes, even though until this moment they are still not tied to any special relationship, but Mahend's treatment of the woman is still like a man who is drunk with love to his lover.

"Let go of me, if anyone sees us like this how?" whispered Naura, embarrassed also if they got caught in a very in a team position like that.

Mahend smiled. "I told you, honey, whenever I'm in your room, don't forget to lock the door."

Naura clucked in annoyance. "Ck, don't be naughty, this is the workplace." Naura kept trying to break away, but unfortunately Mahend hugged her tightly.

"Don't move much, you'll wake up the one down there" Mahend whispered before gently biting Naura's earlobe.

"Ck, I said don't be naughty. This is work." Naura commemorated Mahend for the second time, and this time the woman said without letting down her voice out of annoyance at Mahend who loved to take a chance in narrowness.

Seeing Naura's annoyed face, Mahend chuckled, then let go of the woman. "Well, My Love, now explain to me the contents of the report you've made."

"Good, I don't seem to have picked the wrong person to run this restaurant. Since the last 6 months, every week this restaurant continues to experience an increase in the amount of income, especially you always manage to create new menu innovations that make customers curious to try it," said Mahend.

"Oh yeah, honey, are you busy tonight?" ask Mahend later.

Naura shakes. "No, why?"

"I'd like to invite you to come with me to a party" Mahend replied.

Hearing Mahend want to invite her to a party, Naura hurriedly looks for an excuse as usual when Mahend invites her.

"Gosh, I just remembered, I have an appointment with you"

"Don't lie to me again, honey, because I won't believe." Mahend cut Naura's words while looking at the woman with a sharp look.

Naura clucked in annoyance.

"Ck, what party? Why not just ask your secretary to accompany you as usual?" Naura said lazily. Actually, she did not believe in accompanying Mahend to a party or any important events of any kind, because she had never done that before when she was the wife of Judah.

Mahend pulled Naura's hand back until the woman fell on her lap for the second time. "No way, honey, I want you to accompany me tonight and so on."

"I don't want to go, I'm afraid to embarrass you."

"Bragging me? What am I ashamed of? I'm proud to introduce my beautiful future wife to everyone."

"Don't be silly. Who's your future wife?" naura protest.

"Of course you are, honey. Who else? Don't tell me you don't want to marry me. Just watch out, I'll force you to get pregnant."

Bugs.

"Your flashing isn't funny," Naura upset after lashing out a punch at Mahend's chest.

Mahend chuckles. "I'm not kidding, honey. I seriously. It's my only last weapon to make you inevitably have to agree to marry me."
