"TOLOONGG..!! DON'T LEAVE ME..!! TOLOONG..!! TOLOONG....!!!" Adya whines and cries in fear because she is left alone in the dark in a condition bound all over her body.

The next day at the children's hospital where Bu Kinasih works. The weather this afternoon was quite cold, as cloud cover enveloped the city. Just waiting for the heavy rain to drench the city.

Ms. Kinasih was cleaning the floor using a broom. Faida came to him.

"Mom Kinasih..! Miss Kinasih!" Faida patted Bu Kinasih's shoulder from behind.

"What's wrong?" Bu Kinasih looked towards Faida.

"Then did you talk to Rebecca? How can you be so serious?!" Faida was curious.

"Nothing, just a little chat." Bu Kinasih replied while doing his job of sweeping the floor.

"When it's just a little chat but really serious anyway? Until we talk outside of everything again!" Faida tried to urge Bu Kinasih.

"Yes, just a normal conversation." Answer Ms. Kinasih.

"What time is mom? Tell me about dong! I'm curious, here!" Faida urged Bu Kinasih again.

"The point is just to talk about small talk." Bu Kinasih replied quite firmly and immediately left Faida.

Faida grew curious about Bu Kinasih's movements with Rebecca's doctor.

Meanwhile, Dr. Rebecca is still busy serving patients who are waiting in front of her room. Patients who are generally children accompanied by their parents were sitting in line on a long bench in front of Doctor Rebecca's room while waiting their turn. The atmosphere seemed normal and ordinary.

Inside the warehouse, Adya who was tied up with chains and left lying on the floor of the warehouse, began to starve because since last night he had no food.

In the warehouse Adya only equipped with a pile of grass to eat and rain water that has been filled with mosquito larvae to drink. Of course it is not a food that is worth to eat and drink, so Adya does not want to consume it.

"YAROSHEN..!! TOLOOON...!!" Adya tried to shout back, hoping that someone who happened to pass by heard her screams. But there was no answer from anyone else.

Adya noticed the entire contents of the warehouse, who knows there is a way to escape. But in the barn was only an empty room, except for himself, a pile of grass and a container of rain water that was right in front of him.

He grew increasingly limp from exhaustion after a night of screaming and crying in fear.

He glanced at the rainwater inside the container for a drink, in order to quench his thirst and slightly reduce his hunger.

But because too many mosquito larvae roam in the rainwater container, it makes him feel disgusted to drink it. Because of his unbearable thirst, he became doubtful whether to keep drinking the rainwater or die of thirst.

Finally, unable to endure hunger and thirst, he was forced to drink it. His mouth went straight into the container, no matter how many mosquito larvae entered his mouth. What he had in mind right now was how to survive alone in that warehouse.

"You lent me your house keys?" Doctor Rebecca was confused.

"Yes, rich people like Rebecca's mom can't steal junk in my house." Answer Ms. Kinasih.

"But I don't know what to do there if there's no one you're with me. I need you beside me." Said Dr. Rebecca.

"That girl is yours, Doctor Ma'am. It's up to mom to do what she wants. Have fun, ma'am." said Ms. Kinasih.

"I would be confused there if there was no one to support me alone." Said Dr. Rebecca.

"I see, the Doctor must be confused because the Doctor still has compassion for him. Right, right?" Said Bu Kinasih.

"But you need to remember again, the girl who destroyed the mother's household, the girl who made the mother's children do not get the love of a father. That girl is what often makes mothers hurt. Revenge, Doctor Ma'am! No mercy for him!" The Bu Kinasih.

"So what should I do with him now?" Rebecca was worried.

"Remember, Mom! In their eyes the mother was worth throwing away like trash!" Unceasingly Bu Kinasih incited Doctor Rebecca and finally succeeded as well. Rebecca's doctor became very angry and increasingly impatient to want to torture Adya immediately.

"Give me the keys to your house now!" Rebecca's doctor again requested the keys to Bu Kinasih's house and immediately rushed towards Bu Kinasih's house.

"Oh yeah, wait a minute, Mom! Can I drop something?" Bu Kinasih asked before Doctor Rebecca left.

"What's that?" Ask Dr. Rebecca.

"Wait a minute, Mom!" Bu Kinasih went for a while to pick up something in the OB room. Soon, Bu Kinasih came to Doctor Rebecca with his black bag.

Bu Kinasih took out something from inside his bag which turned out to be two bottles of Asi teats that were fully filled. "Please Mom meet my son, and drink this water for him. So when I get home from work, I stay netekin he's straight off my chest."

"Hmmm.. Okay." Okay." Rebecca's doctor took the two bottles containing Asi from Bu Kinasih's hand and put them in her bag.

Mimi, who fell asleep alone in her room hugging her rabbit, awoke when she heard the sound of a motorcycle stopping in front of the house.

Then Rebecca's doctor put Mimi in her arms and lured Asi into the bottle of pacifier into Mimi's mouth.

"You still have a fever, your body is hot." Rebecca felt the hot body temperature of Mimi who was weak because she was sick.

Rebecca's doctor witnesses Mimi drinking so voraciously as she needs to, which explains that Mimi is indeed thirsty.

While drinking Asi's water to Mimi, Doctor Rebecca glanced at the bottle containing the other Asi. So that Bu Kinasih found a good idea to do something to Adya.

After one bottle of pacifier was drunk by Mimi, Doctor Rebecca did not give another bottle of Asi to Mimi.

He went out of the room and looked for something while holding the bottle containing Asi. Turns out Dr. Rebecca was looking for a duct tape found in the living room drawer. Then he put the duct tape and the bottle containing Asi on the living room table. After that he rushed to the warehouse where Adya was held.

"Hallo Adya, how are you?" Doctor Rebecca greeted Adya with a smile.

"I'm hungry, can you give me some food?!" Adya's face was pale from hunger.

"Don't this pile of grass in front of you this is your food. Eat up!" Said Dr. Rebecca.

"Please, I can't eat that! Please give me proper food! Just a little!" Adya cried while pleading with Doctor Rebecca.

"You crying? You begged me? Where is your former arrogant nature?! Show me quickly!" Doctor Rebecca taunted Adya who was crying in front of her.

"Absolutely, ma! I'm sorry!" Adya cries in front of Dr. Rebecca.

"Haha... You crying?! Just that much of your prowess?! Come on..!! Show your arrogant nature now! I miss your arrogant nature!" Rebecca's doctor kept taunting Adya who was crying.

"Oh yeah, you hungry?! I have something for you." Said Dr. Rebecca.

"What's that?" Adya asked.

Rebecca's doctor raised Adya's body that was much thinner than her. Doctor Rebecca's body which is also large and tall almost the same as Bu Kinasih certainly makes Doctor Rebecca not too difficult to lift Adya's body smaller than him.

Adya was carried into the house and laid into the lap of Doctor Rebecca who was sitting on the sofa.

With a smile, Doctor Rebecca took a bottle containing Asi pacifier placed on the front desk of the sofa.

"You thirsty?" Rebecca asked with a smile that rested Adya's head on her chest.

"What's that?" Adya was more agitated to see the bottle of the pacifier that would be given to her.

"This is a bottle containing Asi that comes from the breasts of the woman who owns this house. You remember that black mom, right?!" Said Dr. Rebecca.

"Ja.don't.I don't want to!" Adya immediately felt disgusted to see the dor bottle containing Asi that would be given to her.

"Drink! Let's drink!" Rebecca's doctor forcefully thrust the bottle into Adya's mouth. Adya tried to keep her mouth shut.

"Let's drink!! Let's drink, no!!" Rebecca's doctor keeps forcing Adya to open her mouth.

Rebecca's doctor continued to try to remain unsuccessful in opening Adya's mouth. He immediately slammed Adya's body onto the floor. Then kicking Adya's helpless stomach was like kicking a ball.

Adya's stomach was in pain and barely breathing because of Doctor Rebecca's kick.

Rebecca's doctor took something from inside the living room drawer, and it turned out to be a long white strap. The rope was tied to the neck, arms and chest, and some more parts to make Adya more difficult to move.

"Please forgive me, Miss Rebecca!" Adya again pleaded with Dr. Rebecca.

"What's? You call me Miss Rebecca? Don't you usually call me the Big Chest?!" Doctor Rebecca mocked Adya.

"You want to drink that breast, or I'll make your face deformed?" Rebecca's doctor is increasingly threatening Adya. He went to the kitchen to get a knife.

"It's good to slash your pretty face" Doctor Rebecca pointed the Blade at Adya's face so Adya got more scared.

"I guess if your face is deformed, Mr. Dwija still wants to be the same you don't, huh?!" Doctor Rebecca continues to spread terror.

"Don't!! Please don't!!" Adya was afraid that her beautiful face would become deformed.

"So where do you choose? Is your face deformed or drinking that Asi?" Rebecca made a choice.

".......That's all it is." Adya gave an answer hesitantly.

"Good! Come here!" Doctor Rebecca lifted Adya's body again and sat on the sofa while laying Adya on her lap.

Rebecca's doctor thrust the bottle containing Asi into her mouth. It appears Adya tried to swallow the milk of Bu Kinasih with disgust.

Rebecca smiled watching him, while Adya felt very disgusted about spewing out the water.

"Eh, just once you spit, I immediately maimed your face!" Threaten Doctor Rebecca again.

Adya again continued to drink Asi that had been offered by Doctor Rebecca.

Adya's eyebrows become shriveled crows feel disgusted. He was eager to spit it out but was afraid of Doctor Rebecca's threat.

"Haha..!! Haha..!! You turned out to be just like a baby now.!" Doctor Rebecca keeps teasing Adya. Adya's face became red from feeling very embarrassed and like losing self-esteem. The water dripped on Adya's cheek.

Some later the bottle containing Asi was finally drunk by Adya. Rebecca's doctor removed the empty bottle from Adya's mouth.

"JR..!!" Adya began to feel nausea because she was going to vomit. Rebecca's mother quickly took the duct tape and tore it to cover Adya's mouth so as not to vomit.

"Huhaha..!! I've been told you're gonna throw up. That's why I've prepared this duct tape for you." Said Rebecca.

Adya who had vomited and made her vomit was welled up in her mouth, but because her mouth could not be opened because it was killed by Doctor Rebecca, she was forced to swallow her vomit again.

Rebecca's doctor put a pair of socks on Adya's two legs, hoping to make Adya feel warmer in her arms. Because actually in Doctor Rebecca's small heart there was still a sense of pity towards Adya who was now helpless in her arms.

Rebecca's doctor hugged Adya in her lap, having been satisfied with what she did to Adya for today.

The helpless Adya could only resignedly lean on Doctor Rebecca's large chest.

Ms. Kinasih saw a bottle containing her Asi on the table. "Did you give Asiku to the girl?"

"Yes, I'm sorry if I only gave one bottle to your baby." Said Dr. Rebecca.

"It's okay ma'am, what matters is that you're happy." Said Bu Kinasih.

"Yes, we are so happy. Really, isn't it Adya?!" Rebecca's doctor tries to seduce Adya.

Adya did not give any response. He doesn't know what to do. Adya's mentality began to down, her arrogance and arrogance had disappeared and now her feelings were filled with fear.

"Shortly, yeah! I take my baby first, so Mimi and Adya can get along." Bu Kinasih headed to his room to pick up Mimi to take her to the living room.

Bu Kinasih who carried Mimi to the living room and sat on the sofa faced Doctor Rebecca who was holding Adya.

Now Bu Kinasih and Doctor Rebecca sat down together to hug their victims. Rebecca's doctor held Adya, while Bu Kinasih held Mimi.

"Oh yeah, Mimi must still be thirsty huh?! Because I just drank a bottle." Ms. Kinasih unbuttoned her work uniform and immediately pulled out her breasts, and directly thrust her nipples into Mimi's mouth.
