Dimension 5 In short this dimension you can master time and gravity, if time could go back to any time, gravity you can move to move space and dimensions below 5

For Dark matter, it is in physics suspected black substances that can eliminate mass, one of which is the galaxi mass itself so here it is applied in fiction
