DOWN THE OLD CASTLE*

Tina looked seriously at the painting on the wall which was like telling a story in the past.

Bara approached slowly and took a torch to make the image look clearer.

"Oh, look at those three humans. There was a logo on his arm like a tattoo. It seems familiar" Bara said when he saw a picture of a man wearing white sleeveless clothes.

"Yes! This lightning symbol is like the god Zeus. Then this trident is like Lord Poseidon and this one is God Hades!" tina exclaimed instantly widened her eyes as she pointed at the three images of men who looked familiar to the Mythological Beings around her.

"Look at those creatures. There are Minotaurs, Centaurs, Dragons, Elves, Mermaid, Yetis, and there are many other types!" bara screech looked amazed.

"Yes, you're right," said Tina, looking dazzled because the three gods loved these creatures. "Eh, there's writing on the edge of this picture like a frame. However, ouch. I don't understand the point," Tina added, pointing to the circular inscription on the edge of the large image.

"Yes, what writing? The language of Mythology is possible" Bara said. Tina hesitated.

"Bara. Let's go around this castle yuk. It seems empty and uninhabited" he asked.

Bara nodded and gave Tina the torch she was holding. Both of them used torches as their lighting during the castle.

The two climbed the stairs and found candles along the corridor that had not been lit.

The two teenagers lit up all the candles found until the gripping magnificent castle, slowly began to feel more human.

"This place is huge, Tina. This is the first time I have ever entered a castle. Like dream! This is really great!" exclaiming Bara looked pleased, and Tina nodded in agreement.

"Oh look at the pictures in these windows, Bara. It's like the story of the gods with the Mythological Beings" pointed Tina as they passed through another corridor with many large windows like doors with various images.

Bara approached and looked at the big pictures carefully.

"It's like the story of the Greek gods and goddesses. I don't understand that much, but look. The gods were very close to the Mythological Beings" he said, and Tina nodded in agreement.

It is seen that the images of humans believed by Bara and Tina to be Greek gods and goddesses were enjoying time with the mythological creatures.

Like being in a museum, the children look fun to observe the pictures on the glass painted with beautiful colors so it looks like life.

Long they went through each of the intricacies of the ancient castle to find a room that looks more like a laboratory.

Bara and Tina seemed hesitant when they would enter it because it seemed creepy.

"Rich in the hospital. Bara does not like things that smell medical like this," he said with eyes glancing to the right and to the left scanning around. However, Tina smiled.

"Different from me. My father was a professor, he was a scientist. Almost every day, Timo and I came to Dad's lab. For me, it's really cool because they're able to create great things there. Such as vaccines, antidote serums, drugs, and others," said Tina spirit.

However, Bara seemed to disagree because his face was wrinkled. Tina chuckles.

"Oh, look! There's a glass cupboard!" exclaimed the girl just walked in looking full of confidence. While Bara, choosing to stay outside the door looks restless. "Bara. There's a blue serum inside this glass cabinet, but only one. What is it?" tina asked until her eyes widened when she saw a cylinder made of glass with a thick blue liquid stored in it.

"Bara doesn't know, and doesn't want to know. We go somewhere else, yuk. Bara wants to pee because of panic," he whined.

Tina pouted, but she who was curious, ventured to open the glass cabinet that turned out to be unlocked.

Tina took the blue serum that was surrounded by chunks of ice as it protected her.

Tina looked at the serum intently in her grasp and then closed the glass cabinet again.

The beautiful girl put the serum into a bag carried by Bara. He uses Bara's scout shirt to protect her from breaking.

"Yuk, go yuk. Just look at it. We don't find any friends here" said Bara, looking agitated.

Tina smiled and walked next to Bara to walk the other territory. However, unbeknownst to the two teenagers, their movements are monitored by blue-tinted creatures.

"Oag. They took the last serum left by the ancestors" said one of the tentacles from his observation.

Oag just shut up, but like realizing it.

"Leave it. Isn't the serum one of the contents of our covenant with the humans? Let them have it. If the serum gets damaged or destroyed, it's not our fault. It may be true what the mythological creatures say if humans do not deserve to be helped," said Oag, and similar beings seem to agree with their leaders.

When Bara and Tina enter a room-like room, the two teenagers find many old-fashioned clothes.

Tina who felt her clothes were dirty, musty, and shabby, chose to replace them.

Bara took some clothes that felt fit for himself and his friends later.

Tina also found a bag of ancient looking animal skins model backs that she filled with many items of findings.

"I think we need this light, Bara. We could have entered a dark region and there was no light. It will definitely be very useful" Tina said when she found an old lantern with candles as the light.

"Hem, I agree" Bara said with a steady nod.

Tina got three old lanterns with the candles extinguished in them. The embers took some candles that were in the corridor as a backup and put them in a backpack.

"Well, we have so much. I think it's enough," said Bara with a backpack until it can't be bagged.

"I think I've done enough exploring this castle. We better hurry to go to find our comrades" said Tina, and Bara nodded in agreement.

They also agreed to get out of the castle, but through another road that has not been passed. When they found a door, they were both shocked.

They saw the other side of the two-dimensional border where the other side, the bright and warm region was.

"Maybe it's a portal to the bright side. Remember that? If a mythological planet has a light and dark side. Maybe all this time we've been on the dark side, and that's where the light side is!" exclaim Bara with eyes fully rounded.

"Yes, it could be!" sahut Tina cheerful.

Three life-saving creatures seem happy about something. As they were about to cross, the steps of the children came to a halt when they saw the bridge that brought to the bright side collapse and the distance was very impossible to reach.

"How to get through? If we fall, we can die. The gap is very deep," said Tina while looking panicked.

He was silent for a moment, but suddenly snapped a finger. "Knight Garuda!" it was loud and turned into that form.

"Yey!" tina shouted happily while jumping for joy.

However, KRAKKK!! BRUSH!!

"YYYYYY!"

"TINA!" summon Bara with her eyes fully rounded as she sees Tina fall as the stone bridge she is treading collapses following three life-saving animals.
