Dinner was finished in silence.

"Bryan, I want to talk to you alone" said Mama Gita.

Mia is aware of the conditions and situations. He immediately walked away from the dining table.

"What are you doing Mia?!" Investigate mama Gita on her son.

"Nothing" Bryan replied casually.

"You can't lie to me, you know you hurt her, right?"

"Just a little teaching ma" said Bryan.

Mama Gita breathed

"You know you want to improve his attitude, but isn't that too much? She's your wife Bry, remember, you know what it's like to have a sister who's been tortured by her husband. I don't want Mia's fate to be the same as Dilla used to be" Gita's mom advised.

Bryan just exhaled his coarse breath

"Well ma" said Bryan then left the dining table.

He went into his room. He saw Mia sleeping on her bed.

He breathed his breath rough.

It instantly woke Mia up by shaking the woman's shoulder.

Mia who felt her sleep was disturbed also woke up.

"What's up, brother?" Ask her.

"Go to the couch. I know you're a woman who knows yourself" Bryan said.

"But why do we have to be on a couch? I think this bed fit for 3 or 4 more people" Mia tried to oppose because it was true, the mattress was very spacious.

Bryan looked at Mia with his cold gaze which managed to make Mia shudder in fear.

Bryan wakes up from Mia.

The clock still shows at 5 a.m.

Mia usually wakes up at 7 a.m.

Inevitably Mia gets up from her bed and cleans herself into the bathroom.

When she was done, Mia immediately came to the kitchen to help the servants.

Mama Gita happens to see her daughter-in-law helping the waiters cook.

"What can you cook?" Ask mama Gita.

Honestly, Mama Gita still can't accept Mia completely. In the depths of his heart, he felt dislike for Mia. But anyway he must be kind because Mia's status is now his son-in-law.

Mia just smiled hearing Mama Gita's question.

To be honest he was somewhat offended by the question of the in-laws who seemed to underestimate him.

"Let him work ma, he also must know the responsibilities and obligations in this house" said Bryan who just came.

Once the food is ready, Mia serves it at the dining table.

Bryan ate that food. Mia observed Bryan's usual face.

Just 3 mouthfuls went into Bryan's mouth.

"If you can't cook, don't force yourself. Learn how to cook with this house chef" that's all Bryan's aunt said.
