Taehyung arrived home with a gulp he opened the door slowly, the living room lights so dark he could not see anything. Clekk lights on "where have you been?" kim's father's voice surprised her

"a.. father a. I" Taehyung replied in stammering words

"dad I'm sorry, I asked my brother to come with me to play outside, I've not invited me home since but I still want to play outside, I'm sorry I should have asked my father for permission first" jungkook's voice behind the door suddenly startled the two

"you worry me, you clean yourself up soon, you'll be waiting at dinner table" Kim's father said

Jungkook and Taehyung go to their room "what are you doing Jungkook? where are you from?" taehyung asked Jungkook

"i'm worried because you haven't come home yet, so I'm waiting for you outside" Jungkook replied

"but where's the big brother from? why is my sister just coming home? did something happen to my sister?" ask Jungkook

"sister was tutoring English as usual" said Taehyung lying

"sister was your tutor calling because you didn't come, I said you weren't feeling well, so where did you go? are you looking for....." Jungkook did not continue his words

"i went to play saxophone on the street" Taehyung replied briefly

"really? are you back playing saxophone? I want to hear it too brother" whined Jungkook

"no, so I accidentally played saxophone on the street because I had to help someone" Taehyung was silent for a moment considering what he did was so impressive for him.

Taehyung and Jungkook finished cleaning and then immediately approached his father at the dinner table, the three of them had dinner together with laughter.

After eating Taehyung went into the room to study, while Jungkook seemed exhausted after waiting for his brother all day outside the house. Taehyung studied late into the night even though he felt tired, because he felt guilty Taehyung contacted his English tutor, Taehyung apologized and asked that the lessons he missed today be emailed so he could keep working on it.

After doing his job Taehyung went to the back to get drinking water, his father's working light was still on, Taehyung brought two glasses of water to his father's office.

Kim's father just silently watched Taehyung plead with him then said "real men never renege on his promise and real men never cry"

Taehyung quickly wiped away his tears "I promise you, father, forgive me"

Kim's father got up from his seat and rushed to his room to lock the door.

Taehyung finally gave up persuading his father then went to his room, Taehyung gently stroked Jungkook's hair that was sleeping fast until he also fell asleep.

The next day everyone gathered at the dinner table for breakfast. The morning looked very quiet, Jungkook felt strange with the attitude of his father and brother.

Taehyung was relieved by his father's words.

After breakfast Kim's father goes to the office while Jungkook and Taehyung go to school respectively.

Taehyung and Jimin who looked confused at each other, Jimin who initially embraced Taehyung immediately let go of his embrace because he thought the rest of the class was clapping because of their closeness.
