"Welcome Mr. Kenzo. Please Sit Down" Daffin

Daffin is an American Foreign Office. He now serves as the American Ambassador to Japan whose official office is in Tokyo.

"Thank you. Mr. Daffin" said Kenzo then sat in front of the sofa in blue. The sofa is not used but a symbol for both countries. Blue has a strong meaning for the relationship between the two countries. Blue represents trust.

Kenzo then explains his purpose of being there.

3 Hours later after explaining

"Emperor? Isn't Your Country Is an Emperor just some sort of semornial? and not participate in the government?" Ask Daffin confused

"I understand but You Ask Us for USD$150 Billion Dollars just to help the surrounding community? isn't that overkill?" daffin asked

"I understand our demands as much as we study history. Japan is a country that is full of natural disasters.I also as the prime Minister & head of Government must very much protect the Japanese People!" Kenzo Assertive

Daffin can only breathe. He is here only as a representative not to make decisions

"Give me time to talk to President Jonathan, but don't expect me if President Jonathan changes his mind!" daffin warned
