It's been a month since I worked at the library. But I still haven't gotten an interview call. But during the day after lunch I get an email for an interview at my dream library. I'm so happy, I can't wait for an interview there.

When I got there, there were 100 participants. I'm so nervous. They say that there are only five people who will get away.

"You can do it."

Today I deliberately took permission from the library. I don't want to stop immediately, because all the results are uncertain.

I waited for the queue for three hours. My sequence number was almost the last one, 99, there was only one person after me.

When my name was called, I entered confidently but also in a nervous state. I can answer all the questions from the examiners. I just wish I had the chance to work here.

I guess by the time I passed the selection, I was already a permanent employee at the company. However, my guess was wrong. There is still 4 months for probation and of the 5 people who escaped there is only one person who will become a permanent employee.

Upon hearing that, I became even more motivated to keep growing and struggling. That night Aiyis actually invited me to eat together at my house but, I refused. I reasoned that I was busy preparing for the first day of work.

Until now Aiyis still does not know that my house is on fire. 4 months I passed with full struggle. I often stay up late to complete all the tasks given. I also try to give new ideas even if they are not accepted. I just try my best and as much as I can to survive.

And the day of determination came. Announcement day is ready which will be a permanent employee. And I failed, what worked was someone else. He succeeded because of his ideas that helped the company greatly.

That day I didn't want to entertain myself by going somewhere or eating with friends. I just came home with eyes that were holding back tears.

I cannot deny this defeat. The ideas are good and acknowledged. Today the one who was disappointed was not only me but 3 other people. Let's go to sleep and then tomorrow we can find another job.

I can't think too much about everything that's gone by. No need to regret even to marahan. I just need to keep moving forward. There are still many roads that I have not gone through.

When I started to close my eyes.

This is the first time anyone has knocked on my new door. Ready for him, before opening the door. I peeked out the window.
