Chapter 10 The Arrival of Alice
While young master Damon is still waiting at the rooftop hoping Lily will come soon, unfortunately until the late midnight awaited never to appear.
The night sky after snowing does look clean even though the stars and auroras are not visible. Mr. Damon lay on the grass with one hand he used as a pillow and the other hand carved a void space before him, as if carving a person's face.
The young master Damon sighed perhaps a little disappointed, "Why did you not come Lily." young master Damon said then chose to get up and return to his room.
As he walked through the hallway, he saw the young master Jonathan standing by the window at the end of the hall staring blankly at the outside of the castle.
"Thinking of something heumm ?" ask young Lord Damon who was standing next to him.
"Yes, I was thinking about something like this and that" replied the young master Jonathan without taking a look.
"Is this about your marriage Nathan ?" young Master Damon's words made the expression on the young Master Jonathan's face change.
"Does marriage have to happen ? until this moment I had no feelings for Alice. No matter how hard I tried but my feelings for Alice were just a playmate, I looked for the thrill of being with Alice but never found it.. " Young master Jonathan let out a long sigh.
"But the Romanov clan has chosen you Nathan, and you know what a vampire's survival looks like in the hands of the Romanov and Salvatore clans. We all want eternal glory, brother.. " Young master Damon tried to strengthen his sister.
"If I can express my opinion, then actually the most entitled to get Alice is you brother, Since childhood the three of us always play together. Every time I make Alice cry you always manage to calm her hahaa..
