The sturdy handsome man stared at Violet, his eyes glazed over. Those two blue eyes made his heart melt.

There was a kind of longing within his eyes for Violet. Implied sadness and love were also within the eyes of the expressionless-faced man.

That guy, he's so handsome. Is he looking at me?. Violet also sensed that the man was staring at her from a distance.

"Don't she look at me because of my random appearance?" violet muttered to herself, looking at her random appearance.

After a long time staring at Violet, the man walked into the head office of the Maxton group, he was followed by a man behind him.

Leon still felt his heart pounding as he looked at the violet figure in front of the office earlier. The girl's face was always on her mind.

"Sir.. Mr Leon? did you hear me?" ask his secretary, Thomas, to Leon.

"Today there is a welcome of new employees sir" Thomas replied with a concise and clear

"Then?" asked Leon with a cold face

"Father must attend to give his welcome" Thomas replied

"Where's the show?" ask Leon without saying no

"Floor 2 sir"

"It's just welcome, right?" asked Leon who did not like to linger in front of many people.

"Yes sir, just for a second. You only need to give one or two words to welcome new employees" explained Thomas with a professional smile, he hopes that his President is present there. The women gossiped, they were curious as to what the real figure of the Chairman Maxton of the group looked like. And their curiosity was answered when Leon and Thomas came there.

"God! is he the president of the Maxton group?" asked a woman with sparkling eyes looking at Leon who was walking towards the stage.

Leon stopped walking, the girls' voices making him sick. The distance between the girl and him was very far.

"Who are you? do you have the right to expel new employees?" asked Leon who was already standing behind the middle-aged woman.

The president? is he the president of Maxton Group?. Violet clenched, a second later she directly lowered her head in front of Leon while saluting

"Thomas, who is this woman?" leon asked as he stared cynically at this middle-aged woman

"Sa-I'm Daisy, the head of the HRD team in this office sir" Daisy replied

"You fired Madame Daisy" said Leon firmly, "Thomas prepare his severance pay" he added to Thomas.

Thomas and Violet were stunned to hear the stern words from Leon's mouth that instantly dismissed Daisy right then and there.

"A-what sir? what did you just say??!" daisy asked in shock at the words of Leon who fired her

"But what's my fault sir? why was I fired?!" ask Daisy who doesn't accept being fired

"How dare you ask the President like that?!" Thomas is upset to see Daisy being disrespectful to Leon.

Why did the President fire this lady? is it because of me? not likely!. Violet was astonished by Leon's actions.

"You are using your power to evict new employees" replied Leon ketus, he was already anxious to drag the woman named Daisy if she was not a woman. His eyes were staring at Daisy.

Even Thomas and Violet could also feel a cold aura there.

"I'm just doing my job sir, I punish people who are late to the office. How can I be fired like this? I don't accept it!" Daisy stared furiously at Violet.

Leon signals Thomas and the security guard there to drag Daisy who is constantly angry there and disrupts order. Eventually everyone's attention was distracted by Leon and Violet outside.

"I don't want to see him in this office anymore" Leon told the security guard.

"Come in! before I changed my mind" Leon said, holding his head, Leon walked into the office.

I couldn't bear to see her face anymore, somehow there was the feeling of wanting to hug and kiss her, then there was also the feeling of sadness. What a strange feeling is this.

"A-I'm not fired?? what does that mean?" Violet was stunned to hear Leon's words to her.

"Yes, hurry in, lady! before the president changes his mind" Thomas whispered to the girl

"Thank you President! you're a very nice person" Violet tidied her hair and walked around with Leon and Thomas behind them.

His heart was glad to not be fired by Leon. Eventually Violet joined the rest of the new hires.

Leon addressed all the new employees in his company. He could not linger there, because he still had a lot of work to do and he always heard the voices of others at all times that made him sick.

After that welcoming remark, Leon continued to watch Violet with a strange look. Violet just bowed in front of Leon while saluting him. Violet wondered in her heart why Leon saw her up to such an extent. Leon's look was hard.

"Include me as the head of the marketing team, my name is Stacy. I will guide you, if you have any questions you can ask me" explained a short-haired beautiful girl to her subordinates.

"Is there a party for the welcome of new employees?" ask the girl for spirit

"Of course there is! tonight all of our teams will be celebrating the welcoming party at a nearby tavern. Prepare yourself for a drink" explained Stacy with a cheerful face and spirit

All of the team members smiled happily to the point of cheering as there would be a welcoming party.

Leon who was on the top floor of the building, could hear the chatter, he smiled to himself, then called his secretary"Thomas"

"Yes sir?" thomas answered while standing up from his chair

"Can I go to the new employee welcome party?" ask Leon

"Don't you not like crowds?" Thomas astonished

"I asked you what and you answered what" Leon was upset

"May sir, you can come"

"Tonight do I have a schedule?" ask Leon

"No sir"

"Then I'll go"

And I'll meet the girl again, I'll make sure I can read her mind.
