After arriving at the hospital and Della is being treated by a doctor there, Dion can only sit limp. The clothes she was wearing were already filled with Della's blood.

"Please defend Del," grumbled Dion unsettled.

Dion grabs her phone to contact Airen and inform him of the accident that befell Della at this time.

📞 : "Hay baby," greet Airen.

"Honey. You need to go to the hospital now!" Dion's Commandments.

📞 : "Hospital? Who is sick? Or maybe you are sick. Wait a minute, baby I'm there right now" said Airen and immediately hung up the phone call from Dion. Dion could only breathe. No wonder the attitude of Airen is always so before he explains the truth.

At Della's house, Airen ran down the stairs regardless of the curious gazes of the maids there.

"Mr. If only Della's coming home. Say yes I have important business for a while" cried Airen who was already in the car. The maids could only nod in agreement with Airen's words. Immediately Airen plugged the gas into the hospital which Dion had unsolicited had sent his current location.

And not long ago Airen had arrived at Kusuma Hospital which happened to be not far from the residence of Della. Airen parked his car after that he rushed into the hospital but when he just stepped foot, the phone ring stopped his steps. Airen grabbed her phone and immediately picked up a call from Dion.

"What room are you in, baby?" Ask Airen to the point.

📞 : "I'm again in the ER now," replied Dion.

After hearing Dion's words, Airen again hung up the phone and continued his steps towards the ER. Airen ran small until he reached the front of the ER room. Airen narrowed his eyes when he saw the figure of Dion who was instead bowed languidly there in clothes full of blood. Airen approached Dion with a puzzled look.

"Darling, you're okay, right?" airen. Dion raised his head to look at Airen's confused face.

"Sit down first" said Dion and Airen, according to him.

Dion stared into the eyes of Airen.

"What's the matter exactly? Who is sick? And why are your clothes so full of blood?" Tanya Airen. Dion took a deep breath and stroked the lover's hair.

"Your sister-in-law, Della. He looks like a victim of a hit-and-run. And he's currently being treated by a doctor in the ER room" Dion said softly.

Airen who heard the news that Della had an accident also felt limp all over her body and tears had flowed down her cheeks.

"Where's Della's situation now?" Tanya Airen was worried.

"I don't know yet. We wait for the doctor to finish handling it later we will ask the situation of Della. Don't worry, he'll get through this. We just need to pray to strengthen him" said Dion, who had embraced Airen's body that was shaking violently.

"He can get through all of this. I'm certain. Because he's such a strong man," Dion's inner.

Dion let go of his embrace and looked at Airen who was in the middle of a hiccup. Dion slowly wiped away the tears of Airen and tried to win her over.

After seeing Airen a little quiet, Dion tried to get Airen to contact Aiden who has now reached Indonesia and is heading to his house with a bouquet of flowers that are so beautiful.

"You call Aiden now" said Dion and Airen immediately searched for the number of his twin brother.

While Aiden who was watching the flowers in his hand also had to turn his eyes to the phone that was ringing. Aiden clucked when he saw Airen who turned out to call.

"What's wrong?" Ask Aiden.

📞 : "You're home now!" Airen's orders.

📞 : "I told you to go home," Shouted Airen as he sobbed.

Aiden frowned when he heard the sobbing from Airen.

"I'm in Indonesia now but don't tell Della just yet. I want to surprise him" said Aiden.

Airen who heard Aiden's words could only grow sad. It's not Aiden who gives a surprise later but instead Della who will surprise him.

"You why the hell use cry everything. Diputusin Dion?" Ask Aiden curiously.

📞 : "Sir Della, Aiden."

"Della's? Why is it the same with me?" Aiden's question started to unsettle.

📞 : "He was in an accident and now he's in the hospital" said Airen, who couldn't really tell Aiden all that.

Like a lightning bolt without rain. Aiden felt his body no longer had bones, completely limp.

"Don't joke Airen" said Aiden, who was between faith and disbelief.

📞 : "I'm not kidding Aiden. Why am I kidding by putting someone's life away. You come here I give the address via message," said Airen and immediately decided on his call.

Aiden did not expect his return and his plan to surprise Della was even reversed. Now he is given a very heartbreaking surprise. Aiden was still dumbfounded and shaking. His mind was filled with Della. His heart was so restless that the message notification returned Aiden's consciousness.

Aiden ordered the driver to the hospital. And at high speed Aiden finally reached the location where Della was. He ran until he arrived in front of the ER room. Airen, aware of Aiden's presence, approaches him. He hugged Aiden's stiffened body trying to give Aiden peace of mind at this moment. Aiden let go of Airen's embrace and walked over to the ER door.

"Why is this so?" Said Aiden weakly while sitting on the floor and door ER he made his backrest.

Airen stroked Aiden's shoulders gently.

"You need to calm down. We pray that Sister Della and her baby can be saved" Airen said. Aiden. She shed all her tears. He cannot afford to lose one of them.

"We sit in a chair." Airen guided Aiden's body and sat beside Dion. Aiden turned his gaze towards Dion with a murderous look. But before Aiden acts to kill Dion. Dion first explained to Aiden.

"Don't misunderstand me first. I was planning to go with Airen but in the middle of the road there are many people who are in a group and because the road that I will pass was blocked by them. I went down and saw the situation there. And what I saw was Della lying in the middle of the crowd with the old grandmother hugging her" Dion said.

Aiden grabbed her hair in frustration. The blood he saw on Dion's shirt added to the negative thoughts in his brain.

"Where is that grandma?" Airen asked Aiden because he knew that Aiden would ask him later.

"He was in the hospital room because he had fainted from shock" said Dion.

"Gue thought the grandmother knew the chronology of the accident that happened to Della," continued Dion who made Aiden look back at him.

"Don't let that granny get out of here. Before I know what the real chronology is" Aiden said with an angry look.

Dion patted Aiden's shoulder.

"Gue will help you to reveal this accident" Dion said.
