Cornel stared intently at David Hughes, just as David Hughes looked at him which showed that he was very angry at Cornel who was hugging Nadia's waist.

Nadia tries hard to pull herself away from Cornel but can't.

'Didn't the strength of Louis and the others not work for me, not even the power of old Lucifer could hurt me. Why can this man keep my body in his control?' nadia asked confusedly in her heart.

"How can he control that woman? we just can't afford Mr Lucifer?" asked Abigail who was so curious.

"Cornel can control human blood, even if the woman is Baigi. He's still human, just that Cornel needs a lot of energy to do that!" lucifer Tera was heard by David Hughes.

Experience does beat power, David Hughes doesn't even know why. But after he heard from Lucifer Tera it seemed like he indeed had to be very careful and very vigilant when dealing with the Danut son.

But increasingly, Cornel finally gave up as well. His hand slipped off by itself from Nadia's waist.

Feeling that Cornel's hand was no longer blocking him, Nadia immediately ran and approached David Hughes.

David Hughes also instantly pulled Nadia into his arms. Nadia hugged David Hughes very tightly.

"Are you okay?" ask David Hughes worriedly.

Nadia quickly shook her head.

"Why are we here?" nadia asked confusedly.

He felt that he was very unsafe in this place. The place is so dark, with a ceiling like a stalagmite and with a floor that feels very cold when stepped on even though Nadia wears footwear.

All of a sudden all the guards present in that place prostrated themselves. David further tightened his embrace of Nadia when such a majestic and domineering figure came and walked with his majesty towards Cornel.

A man whose stature was middle-aged, but still very handsome and dashing. He is older than all the vampires on earth.

The man approached Cornel and patted his shoulder once, after which he looked at Nadia from top to bottom carefully.

Nadia who was afraid and since then was the fur of her neck was very creepy was directly hugging David tighter.

"Don't seize a woman belonging to someone else's Cornel, that's not the attitude of a noble!" Danut.

Yes, that man is Danut. The supreme leader of the Rechters, who were very much feared, was disinclined by the nation of vampires.

"David Hughes, so it's better for you to step back and lose everything than to lose this human woman from the Baigi tribe?" ask Danut.

"Don't hurt him!" david Hughes said as if he could read what Rechter wanted to do with Nadia.

David Hughes does have the power to do that, reading minds on humans and vampire nations. It's just that for the Rechters, their minds can be read by David Hughes if they want it. That's right, the Rechters have that power. Open and close their minds to read other vampires who have the skill or power.

Like deliberately letting David Hughes read his mind, Danut opened his mind wide to David Hughes.

"Then leave him here. Isn't choosing a mate for the clan leader, we need some tests?" it was Tabya Danut who made David Hughes turn his eyes from blue to red.

The clan dreamers are indeed vampires who should not have just any partner. Therefore after they married, the clan leader of a region would still come to Rechter. Then their partner also has to do some tests, such as strength as well as loyalty.

"No!" david Hughes's.

"Is that so?" asked Danut in such a relaxed manner.

"Enrique" Danut called out to Enrique, and the man immediately stepped forward a few steps then stopped when he was already in front of David Hughes.

"David!" lirih Nadia is scared.

"Calm Nadia, I won't let you in any danger!" david said with conviction.

Nadia looked down and tried to touch David Hughes. But only his hand hit David's arm, the man who loved Nadia was bounced banging against the wall until he was helpless to withstand the pain in his body.

With just his gaze alone, Enrique was able to crush all the bones and muscles inside David Hughes' body.

"David, please don't hurt him!" said Nadia who had shed tears.

Nadia ran back towards the curled David, trying to get up and fight Enrique. But as if it was free, he couldn't do it.

Abigail Clayton and Lucifer Tera smile at the sight of David Hughes in pain.

"Still fighting what Rechter said, David Hughes?" danut asked in such a relaxed tone after commanding Enrique to torture David Hughes to such an extent.

"I won't let you do anything to Nadia!" david Hughes on the sidelines endured all the pain in his body.

"Agkha!"

Finally David Hughes screamed in pain as his body was raised high and suddenly dropped so quickly onto the floor.

If it was an ordinary human, his bones would have been shattered, crushed and shapeless again.

"David!" Nadia kept shouting but she could not step forward.

Looks like Cornel's power has been restored by Danut. And Cornel again controls Nadia's human blood.

Nadia couldn't see David being tortured like that. Nadia thinks it's better for her to take any tests so that David can no longer be tortured.

"Please don't hurt David again, please. I'll take whatever test it is!"

Everyone present looked surprised, let alone Abigail Clayton and Lucifer Tera.

They thought she wasn't as cowardly as they thought she was.

"Don't Nadia!" david was very badly injured.

"David, I'll take that test. No one can hurt you!"

"Cornel, let go of the woman. Let him talk to his girlfriend!" said Danut who directly left the place.

Nadia immediately ran, when not affected by Cornel's power anymore. Nadia approached David and helped him get up and sit down.

"David, my God, you must be in a lot of pain!"

"Nadia what are you doing? the test that vampires alone can't necessarily pass. Why... uhukk!"

"David believe me, I'm definitely back to you...!"

"That's enough, stand up!" the words Cornel and Nadia even immediately stood up by themselves.

"You go, if this Baigi tribe lady comes back to you, it means she graduated. If not, you know what that means?" cornel asked David Hughes and he disappeared with Nadia.

"He's dead!" shouted David.
