"Don't you want to make Bella like us? I'm worried about his safety" Sam told his father.

"Bella does have half my soul, but she's been living as a human. There was blood flowing in the veins, and there was a warm breath blowing. I don't intend to change it, because living as a vampire is not a good thing and should be chosen."

Sam seemed to think when he heard his father's words. He just wants Bella to have the ability, not want if one day someone intends to harm.

It's been days since Sam banned Bella from the castle. Since then, Bella has gone nowhere, kept in the old building, cooking, painting, and even cleaning what was cleaned before.

Sam walked into Bella's room, about to see the state of his dear sister.

"Bella, do you want to eat something?" Sam opens the door to the girl's room, but unfortunately does not find Bella there.

"Bella!" yelled Sam calling.

Sam suspects that Bella must have met Cristian. He immediately went to look for his sister's whereabouts. When Sam gets to where Bella and Cristian have met, he has to watch his beloved brother covered in blood in Cristian's arms.

"What did you do to him?" The angry Sam immediately pulled Cristian, lashing out a blow until Cristian was pushed back.

Sam crouches down, hugs and tries to wake up the lifeless Bella.

"You killed him!" sam shouted with both hands trembling to hug Bella's already cold body.

Cristian crying. He dropped his knees with his head down.

"I'm guilty, never thought it would make him lose his life." Cristian spoke in a sobbing voice, very sorry about what happened to Bella.

"I deserve it." Cristian had resigned, even if he had to die he was willing.

Sam had taken out a claw, about to tear the body of the man who caused his sister to die. However, there is something that makes Sam stop the action, he took off the grip with a little push Cristian's body.

"Death will only bring you eternal sleep. You will never feel the pain or sorrow of Bella, so live with regret. Regret for making him die!"

Sam left Cristian sitting with his head down. He chose to bring Bella's body, hoping there was still hope for her to revive the girl, even with a different identity.

However, unfortunately all of Sam's hopes and desires must be dashed. Bella's spirit has crossed into the afterlife, the girl is sincere to die, therefore she has no burden and can go straight away. Sam could not accept it, still trying to make Bella live because she felt very fond of the girl.

"He's crossed over, even willing to die. Then, what do you want?!" ask the keeper of the afterlife when Sam is reckless to invade the realm.

"I just want to see her one more time, I can't say goodbye to her. How could he not have a burden? How could he not think of me?" Sam knelt before the guardian of the afterlife, hoping to still be given a chance to see and look after Bella.

"Even if she's reincarnated, she won't be your sister. He'll be someone else, forget his past, become a man with a new soul."

Sam clutched both knees, it still felt so agonizing when he saw his sister die.

"No problem, as long as you can see him smiling, breathing, and feeling warm body. I don't mind that even if he's someone else and doesn't know me, I just need to be by his side" Sam assures.

"Well, but nothing is free, one life must be redeemed for the most precious thing in your life. Are you willing?"

Sam nodded, until finally giving up the half-life that had been outlined for him, and he made one more agreement, Sam was not allowed to kill his own people, or he would be immediately dragged to hell.
