Part 9's. SEAN'S GOOD SIDE
The business world is back in an uproar because Sean got back in an accident. The car that was crushed melted left behind only steel metal pieces. The police are investigating the case more deeply.
Not to mention Laluna who also participated in the accident further added to the burden of Mr. John's mind. Feeling guilty that many times his adopted son was in an accident, he decided to send several detectives to investigate it.
This time he was not so trusting when Sean stated. One fact that Mr. John held was when Sean's body was not in the car.
In his little heart, Mr. John believes Sean survived the accident.
However, he did not know of his current existence.
"May you be safe this time, son. Papa promised to investigate the case to the end."
One more thing that makes Mr. John more alert is every car that Sean used as if it had been designed to make him crash.
"Papa will investigate who cheated in our family, Papa promised you, Sean."
Mr. John pretended to have had a heart attack for the second time. He wanted to see who really sincerely investigated the case of Sean's accident.
Not long after, Chryst knocked on her Papa's bedroom door.
"Lake in!"
"Sorry, I interrupted. I just want to make sure Papa's situation."
"Hm, I get it, come here, son."
Sean approached his father with a face that he had carefully designed. John saw the face of his second son.
"Do you believe your sister died in that accident?"
"Of course not, Pa. I just wanted to find the whereabouts of Sean and Laluna's bodies. Allow me to investigate this case completely."
"I approve of you, son."
"Thank you, Pa. Oh, yeah why Papa's clock hasn't taken a break. Isn't Papa's health really important."
Chryst held his father's hand. "Rest, Pa. I don't want Papa to get sick from this."
Master John only sighed as his son said so.
"Maybe all of this happened because many of Sean's business competitors were less fond of all of Sean's achievements that were so uphill."
"Maybe, son."
"Then let me take care of the company as long as the investigation into Sean's accident is ongoing."
"Maybe it should be, don't forget to ask for your brother's blessing too. I don't want to make him misunderstand me if I raise you as CEO."
Chryst's face turned happy. "So you accepted my proposal?"
Mr. John nodded. Chryst hugged her father and thanked him.
"Finally Papa believes in my abilities!"
Meanwhile Leo overhears the conversation of Mr. John and his younger brother Chryst. His clenched hands held back the anger.
"Crazy, you really let me down, Chryst."
Leo was the eldest son of John. Leo felt unacceptable because his position was suddenly seized by his own younger brother.
"I'd better please myself right now!"
Upset by all the bad things that happened to him made Leo vent his frustration by drinking at the bar.
He accidentally meets Sean's old friend.
"Ck, apparently you're Frans, what are you looking for me for?"
"Of course meeting you will make it easier to meet Sean, the super busy man!"
"Find Sean, he's dead by now why do you like human models like Sean?"
"What's, you said Sean was dead, how could it be!" grit Frans while tightly gripping Leo's neck collar.
"Hey, get your hands off my neck!"
Leo pushed Frans' body away. Frans' eyes turned red, his hands clenched. He can't forgive anyone who hurt Sean. Sean is the savior of his life.
"Tell me how he died!"
"Yesterday night when he drove his girlfriend home his car exploded on one of the tolls, and until now the police are still investigating it."
"I didn't expect the end of his life to be so tragic. Though the kindness of his heart I have not been able to reply," said Frans while looking down.
Leo put his glass back on the table. One of the bartenders was about to pour back a drink for Leo, but Frans gave the code not to do so.
It is seen that Leo is already half-drunk, but has not lost consciousness. Frans consciously said
how Sean can be as successful as he is today and it opens Leo's eyes to not hate Sean too much.
"Do you know if Sean never wanted the CEO position?"
Leo turned his head towards Frans, as if he was interested in Frans's talk.
"I don't believe what you're saying!"
Frans smiled wryly.
"You must think that Sean is very ambitious to occupy the position of CEO, do you know if Sean just wants to return the favor of all the things your Papa has done to him."
"Sean just wanted to be devoted to her because she had raised him as a child and took him from the orphanage."
"When I first got to know Sean, I also doubted his ability, but when he often did charity work on behalf of GENEVA Company, I only realized that he wasn't crazy at all."

Leo let out his annoyed breath, occasionally massaging his constantly throbbing temples. Frans who was attentive immediately swept her out of the bar.
"Is it true that Sean never wanted the CEO position?" leo asked in half his consciousness.
However, hatred has grown in Leo's heart and it will not be easily erased by time. Moreover, Sean is just an adopted child and not a biological child like Chryst.
"You should be aware of where you're supposed to be, don't visit!"
