"This man.." he murmured furiously as he stared at the photo of a crossbreed man he had seen with his mother.

Angered and distraught, Arsen followed Jordan's advice by changing his profile picture to that of the man Jordan had sent. After which, with a trembling hand, between hesitation and curiosity, he pressed the video call button.

The first droughts, his heart racing, the second ringing of the gurgles were getting firmer with sweat flooding his forehead.

"Hello sa-"

"Hello ma'am. Don't you miss me?" cut Arsen greets the mother when she just appeared on the screen with minimal clothing.

Arsen shed tears as he looked at the face of the mother he so longed for.

But it looks like a face that has shown some wrinkles but still looks beautiful it does not miss him in the least.

"Arsen.." Sheryl was surprised and immediately turned off the phone connection.

Pain felt in Arsen's chest when the mother treated him like that.

He then contacted her back in frustration with broken tears.

But it seems that my mother turned off her phone, making Arsen angry. He screamed and slammed his phone.

"Jahaaaaat.." he roared in the 4x5m room while slamming whatever was there.

Ardy was standing at the door of his brother's contract.

Hearing the roar that felt bitter for almost a day it made his heart sliced along.

What the brother and mother had planned to do all this time he did not care.

He only remains convinced that his mother, who raised him, and his sister, who has been his only friend so far, is a family that loves him very much.

"Are you not going in?" ask Millie.

Ardy shook his head in response.

He wanted to give his brother time to calm down.

There is no feeling of disappointment or betrayal by the brother.

Instead he felt concerned because the older brother who was feeling betrayed by their mother.
