Part 55 - The Sliced Heart
"Boss, isn't that not his son?." Ask Ken.
"So, maybe."
Naira looked at Cleo, The boy hugged Naira again.
"Cleo, are you okay?, was that really your mother?." Ask Naira. Cleo nodded her head in agreement.
"Where is your house?, why are you with him?." Ask Naira. Cleo was speechless looking at Naira sadly.
Naira then looked at Bagas. "Can we take him?." Ask Naira.
"Yes, Of course." Reply Bagas.
Hearing that he was allowed to take her, Naira was very happy, and took Cleo to get into the car.
"He's so dirty, do we have to go back first boss?." Ask Ken.
"Yes, just go back."Reply Bagas. Ken nodded and went back home.
Bagas looked at Naira who was hugging Cleo without thinking about the filthy body of the little girl. Naira was so worried about the little girl.
When she got home, Naira brought Cleo into the house.
"Miss, who is this Miss?." Ask the housekeeper, but Naira doesn't have time to explain and takes him to the bathroom to clean up.
Carefully, Naira undressed Cleo, finding numerous punch wounds on the little girl's body. Naira's heart looked very sliced, How a girl as small as a new age 5 or 6 years old can get treated like this.
"What hurts?." Naira asked, her two eyes glazed with glass, ready to cry seeing this heartache before her.
Cleo nodded her head. Naira carefully cleans Cleo, and takes her out of the room after finishing the bath to talk with Bagas.
Cleo used Naira's T-shirt, having no children's clothes, to walk out to Bagas, who was sitting with Ken waiting.
"Mas." Naira looked at Bagas flatly.
Bagas quickly stood up to see Naira looking moody. Naira then walked in front of Bagas and hugged him while crying.
Bagas confused, what makes the wife sad.
"What's up?." Ask Bagas.
"I can't imagine a girl this small, going through a day of hurt like this."Naira.
Ken walked over to Cleo who seemed to be staring at all of her with her innocent face.so innocent that no one would have thought that she had many punch wounds on her body.
"What injury?." Ask Bagas.
Naira releases her hug, then undresses Cleo and exposes her. Bagas and Ken shook their heads at her.
"We'll take it to the doctor first." Say Bagas.
"Good Boss." Reply Ken.
"Come on Naira, let's check him out at the hospital, after this, we'll find a solution."Say Bagas. Naira blocked her tears, Bagas held Cleo and headed back out to the hospital.
Bagas and Naira see a doctor examining her condition Cleo who is lying on top of a hospital bed. Cleo's eyes continued to look at Naira even though the doctor in front of her examined her and invited her to talk.The little girl's gaze seemed empty and continued to look at Naira.
"Cleo, why do you keep staring at me?." Ask Naira gently. "The doctor is asking you to talk dear." said Naira again.
"Tante, don't leave me." said Cleo in a small, soft voice.
Naira looked at Bagas, again she did not manage to hold back her tears which instantly also fell.
"We'll be here, baby." Reply Naira. Cleo smiled with her sweetness.so innocent, as if she did not realize she was not okay.
