On the day of the trial, Kyuhyun and So Eun of course come because So Eun will be the victim's testimony for Jaejoong's kidnapping. Kyuhyun and So Eun make plans for Jaejoong to get leniency on his sentence. Kyuhyun sat in the audience seat as So Eun sat in the testimony seat.
And the trial went smoothly with the judge accepting So Eun's request to ease Jaejoong's sentence of 25 years to 13 years and a fine of 20 million. Meanwhile, Jaejoong who heard So Eun's request was filled with kindness from the girl who still forgave him even though he had done evil to her. Jaejoong's family is also grateful that their son can get leniency because of So Eun.
When the trial ended, Jaejoong was taken by the police with his cleft leg. However, before leaving the courtroom he took the time to look at So Eun who was also staring at him. The girl gave her warm smile so Jaejoong felt even more guilty towards So Eun.
