Now the three Clarissa twins are praying and after that they immediately blow the candle. There was applause from the guests present.
"Now cutting the cake." Said an MC.
Then the three Clarissa twins immediately cut the cake simultaneously, after which the three of them gave the first piece to Clarissa.
"This first cake is for Mommy, because Mommy is the person who means the most to Jesselyn." Jesselyn said, giving the cake to Clarissa.

And then a second cake for Brian, Brian seemed happy because he could get happiness from his three twins and also his little wife.
"Happy birthday little bangs." said Keyla and Keysa.

After that the waiter immediately left, then Clarissa immediately drank the drink until it ran out.
Clarissa had a little trouble breathing, and Clarissa held her chest in pain.
"Brian..." Call Clarissa and grab Brian's hand.
Then suddenly fresh blood came out of Clarissa's mouth, Brian who saw it immediately panicked and carried Clarissa's body and took her immediately to the hospital.
"Don't let a single person out of this building." Said Brian to the guards in the building.
