Erina and Lucifer made it to the forest thanks to Lucifer's considerable teleportation distance. The name of this forest is Elkurius, a place that can be very dangerous for anyone who passes through it, except the owners of power.

They both rested because they felt so tired.

"Why do we feel tired? isn't this in the afterlife?", asked Erina.

"Indeed, if in the lower end of the afterlife, all living systems are similar to those in the human realm, can be tired, injured and so on"

"We've entered a dangerous area of vegetation in Elkurius, all the plants here are poisonous and can eat us"

Lucifer, who was still busy searching, did not realize that Erina would soon enter the mouth of a giant tree.

He changed shape, then used his large mouse teeth to bite the roots that entangled Erina's legs until they broke off.

Erina got out and fell. Then he saw the form of the mouse Lucifer who continued to gnaw roots until the tree trunk was exhausted. Erina was a bit goosebumps watching the situation, the rat was like a brutal monster.

Lucifer has finished it. The big tree was not even a little. He rubbed his mouth with his hands, "Ahh, I'm full"

"Isn't that a bit excessive? why spend it? Papi's hungry, huh?"

After walking with hearts, they arrived outside the forest, and saw a vast wilderness, containing a giant astral with various forms.

"This is the Land of Giants, the land of giants. All the giant descendants, originally came from here"

"They're protecting something on the other end" Lucifer pointed to a tiny, distant light source.

"Okay well, but.. It's so hot here, my skin is blistering, Papi.. Can we walk at night?", Erina complained spoiledly.

The two of them entered back into the shady shade forest, then sat under a tree to prepare themselves.

They sit next to each other. Erina glanced at Lucifer who was closing her eyes from tiredness.

Erina did not expect at all, Lucifer whom she crowned as the creature she hated the most, now even became her companion. The path of fate is very difficult to understand.

It was getting dark too.

"Fire.."

Erina moved to face Lucifer and then looked at him sharply, Lucifer felt awkward.

Erina and Lucifer descended the abyss slowly by holding the roots.

They're heading for the land of giants.
