CTAYOW!!!
Lightning roared ferociously on the ceiling accompanied by a strong wind.
Heavy rain will fall soon.
Latika had already slept well in her dream. Tired of waiting for her husband to come home, finally asleep in a dream.
Slowly the incoming light peeked behind the door slowly disappearing accompanied by the closing of the door, a black figure walking closer to the bed he saw Latika who was sound asleep doused in the soft light of the sleeping lamp.
It turned out to be Afriadi, he had just returned home.
His hand wanted to touch Latika, but was restrained. He realized that his hands were soiled with blood and anger that he had just released.
Afriadi sat on the cold floor. His eyes were closed remembering the bodies they found in the garbage can.
Flashback a few hours ago.
When Afriadi and Hasan reached the last place of Baim's existence they got a call from Baim. Afriadi found the carcass of a cellphone that had broken the body somewhere where the screen bones live. It seems to be intentionally destroyed.
But, Afriadi seemed familiar with the carcass of the phone. In his view there is a cellphone toy hanger lying not far from the mobile phone Banggai. Slowly Afriadi took the hanger of a white bear-shaped mobile toy stained with blood.
He remembered this Baim cell phone hanger that he showed Afriadi how many months ago, he said it was a gift from his daughter. He did not feel ashamed to use the hanger, he hung on the shoulder of a special place.
At that time Afriadi wanted to laugh at the man's phone there was a toy hanger, but he paused after knowing the reason. Afriadi realized that Baim really loves Princess only wayangnya.
The memory was revealed again, Afriadi remembered a moment when Baim insinuated it.
"When do you have children?" sindir Baim chuckled softly at the hanger, "I'll be in the hunt no more d when I have children."
The 31-year-old man quipped Afriadi brightly. Afriadi responded with a small smile on his face.
"Af." Hasan patted Afriadi on the shoulder, resuscitating him from the daydream, "I think there's been a fight here."
"I think so too. You see this cell phone hanger." Afriadi looked at Hasan's toy cell phone hanger, "It's Baim's and this ruined cell phone's got him too."
"You saw the blood on that wall." Afriadi pointed to the wall behind Hasan. Hasan turned his head, crouched down to the direction Afriadi pointed, he noticed the dull wall.
"Cat?" Hasan guessed.
"No, it's blood" Afriadi said, surprising Hasan.
Hasan wanted to protest but did not so, he watched carefully there were blood spots, he shook his head in amazement with the precision of Afriadi.
"It feels good for fish" Afriadi continued.
"It's worth smelling fishy, the first time comes." Hasan got up soon.
"Huh, you're fit to be an Af cop. It's not in vain you-" Hasan got Afriadi's cold gaze. Hasan chose to close his mouth, Afriadi's mood was bad again difficult to talk to the past.
Breaking off a few seconds the investigation team came.
"Huh, quickly they came, too" murmured Hasan, seeing Afriadi put the cellphone hanger in his pocket he did not give to the investigation team, Hasan who saw silence.
Hasan received the call, his face looked shocked.
"Af, come with me." Hasan drew Afriadi's hand and took him away from there.
"Why San?" ask Afriadi on the way.
"His body. The body that found the resident is Af..."
"There is no head sir" said his subordinate Hasan when Hasan and Afriadi had seen the body.
That unidentified body, his head missing.
The fishy smell of blood smelled thick as they counted, the citizens gathered to watch as usual.
Batin Afriadi suspected it was Baim, quickly Afriadi dismissed the allegations. His mind continued to love Baim, his chest felt tight.
The bodies were quickly taken for autopsy, journalists had arrived one by one the residents involved found the bodies were immediately interviewed.
Afriadi looked around and where the body was found with Hasan.
Suddenly...
Hasan looked around, "Yuk, we're looking."
"Emmm... Pu~lang." Latika deliriously decides Afriadi daydreams.
Afriadi looked at his wife's face, and at once his heart was calm.
Afriadi brought his face closer to Latika's.
And...
Cup...
Afriadi gently kissed Latika's forehead, her heart felt cold. The problem seemed to disappear for a moment.
His hand reached into the bag of pants, looking at the stuffed toy of a white bear cell phone hanger covered in blood.
At a faint glance Baim's smiling face appeared on the toy. He clasped the toy tightly, spread his head on the side of the bed face to face with Latika's face, he looked at his wife's face.
"Dek, Brother loves you," muttered Afriadi once again he kissed Latika on the cheek.
Afriadi got up walking towards the bathroom cleaning his body.
A few minutes away.
After finishing, Afriadi climbed up to the bed with his nightgown already attached to his body.
Afriadi closed his eyes hoping for drowsiness to come, he wanted to sleep but his mind forced him not to sleep. He kept thinking of Baim and his words.
Both of Afriadi's eyes opened again.
As he closed his eyes for the second time, it flashed in his mind a question that had already appeared several times today.
'Why is he being chased? Does he know anything? Why did he call me first? Does he want to tell you something?'
Afriadi's eyes opened again, chaotic he could not sleep Baim's mind only. He climbed down from the bed and left the room to go to work. He sat in the chair, picking up paper, and pen trying to write Baim's broken sentence as he received a call from Baim.
The voice and the sentence were still clearly remembered, even the breath just remembered, the breath that was slurred while running.
"Heart," muttered Afriadi writing that sentence.
Afriadi can only have 3 words.
Helpfully
Bars
Hearted
Hints of what he can get from those 3 sentences.
Afriadi was getting dizzy thinking about it.
Outside the lightning increasingly shouted ferociously, accompanied by heavy rain.
